Royal North Beach All Suites

The place has to be completely remodeled otherwise is not apt for customers to use. It's disrespectful that Expedia still offers it.

The room was dirty, they had no maid service at all. My legs got bit up in the room , around my ankles was bites.

The manager was very helpful. The pool was clean. The room was clean. The exterior was worn. But who cares! We went to the beach!

This place is a complete DUMP. All I did was open the door and roaches were crawling EVERYWHERE. Closed the door and told onsite staff who stated they would call and refund me but never did. I don’t recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Our stay was great and so great BF can to see us and they decide-to stay the night . Property needs more up keep . Everyone was very helpful . I would returned and stay longer .

It was basically a furnished one bedroom apartment 500ft from the beach , Frank the Manager was a charismatic gentleman that seemed to always be available for everyone, the was clean and comfortable, the grounds were the same. N/A

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures of the property weren’t anything as shown on the website very much faults representation. Here are just a few things that were wrong. Very very dirty, everything you touch was broken all the way down to the door, it didn’t lock the first night. The latch on the door broke off when we went to try to latch it. Floor never been mopped, sheets were smelly and disgusting! Bathroom towels had hair all over them. Absolutely terrible!! Think twice before you book there!

For starters, the rooms were ok looking upon arrival but after further inspection, the appliances were old. The oven was rusty. The pull out bed from the couch smelled like urine and must. We quickly put it back and couldn’t even use it. The bathroom window doesn’t open. The main room was okay until the ac went out and I had to unplug it for 3 hours for it to kick back on smh. Not to mention I asked the office guy Frank for a mop and he literally came back to me with the most nastiest, filthiest mop to use. I kindly declined and said never mind we got the mess up. The linen was filthy. I will never come back to this place again. They also kept my deposit for absolutely no reason and I still haven’t gotten a response on why.

Property is in a great location, is spacious (living room, full kitchen, 2 closets, bathroom), but it was very dirty when we arrived. Floors were not swepped, food in the microwave, fridge was dirty). Talked to the Property Manager (great person, very friendly), who apologized and went back there to clean it while we were away. It improved a bit and we stayed a couple of nights. Room needs maintenance everywhere. Ceiling fan was very wobbly, several broken window blinds, shower curtain rod was hanging by a tread, shelf in the closet was also hanging, missing light bulb in the lamp on the night stand... So much more to list, but this gives you an idea. Heated Pool was nice. You really get what you pay for.

It was nice to have a full kitchen The staff there was one person I call him, boss man when you ask for something, he got it for you no problem? You got a parking pass when you got your room cleaning was ok if you want a five star hotel look elsewhere.

No one was there to check me in and I didnt receive any instructions for how to access the room. So I wasnt able to use the room. Ridiculous!

Frank was terrific, friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious, bright and clean. Parking easy.
