Great location. Close to all fun activities Clearwater has to offer. Clean room. A little update, but if you are just sleepover then it is perfect because price excellent and you cannot beat the location. Highly recommended

Nice quaint resort. The suite was tidy, the bed very comfortable, and the pool was spectacular. It would recieve 5 stars, but the door handle was loose and left my wife feeling just short of secure and safe at night. By day two it had become more loose but still operational. When I called about the issue, I was unable to get ahold of anyone.

Frank the manager was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Pictures don't look exactly like the room, but the rooms were spacious and comfortable temperature. Fans were DUSTY. There was a bug in the kitchen. Staff was helpful and answered my questions. Pool was well maintained. Parking was included, a nice perk.

The place has to be completely remodeled otherwise is not apt for customers to use. It's disrespectful that Expedia still offers it.

The room was dirty, they had no maid service at all. My legs got bit up in the room , around my ankles was bites.

The manager was very helpful. The pool was clean. The room was clean. The exterior was worn. But who cares! We went to the beach!

This place is a complete DUMP. All I did was open the door and roaches were crawling EVERYWHERE. Closed the door and told onsite staff who stated they would call and refund me but never did. I don’t recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Our stay was great and so great BF can to see us and they decide-to stay the night . Property needs more up keep . Everyone was very helpful . I would returned and stay longer .

It was basically a furnished one bedroom apartment 500ft from the beach , Frank the Manager was a charismatic gentleman that seemed to always be available for everyone, the was clean and comfortable, the grounds were the same.
