Courtyard by Marriott Clearwater Beach

The hidden fees upon arrival will ensure we do not return to this hotel. They were ridiculous and unneccessary. The hotel and location were great. 90% of the staff were amazing. Pool hours were ridiculous.

Clean room, rooftop bar was awesome. Wish the weather cooperated with us more but that’s no fault to the hotel. E bike rental was nice as well as the use of our 20 dollar a day food voucher

Clean, great location good pool for the kids.

I just didn’t like the cleanliness, bathroom was dirty when visited and when ask for housekeeping didn’t receive it.

Just come to relax, Everything is here so perfect, no complaints. Just 5 minutes walk to the beaches.

On the day of checkout, I handed my key over and was told I would receive an email later on that day with an invoice, which I did. When I checked it I was surprised to see a few other addition fees & charges that I wasn’t aware of. A $30 daily destination fee ($150 total) was added of which I was not informed about at check-in and what this provides me, secondly a $33.13 Restaurant room charge was also added. The only thing I ever charged to my room for the entire visit was for a cup of coffee at $6.50 and that was only because the till register was not working on the day that I checked out. My stay was great I just wish there were a better option with parking and not all valet parking.

We were given a destination fee which included 20$ to use, and other freebies with the room, however most were closed and not available for us to use. We also were told different things from different staff regarding charges and procedures.

Yes, i called asked for early check in which i received, however they gave my a king bed instead of the double bed requested. So my son had to sleep on the pull out which i didnt appreciate.

Clean and good location many other perks with stay Valet parking shouldn’t have to pay for parking when you are paying for a room.

We had a one bedroom suite with kitchenette. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The mini fridge was definitely a mini!! We asked for another one and they accommodated us. Our room had the biggest balcony you could imagine, but overlooked the condos/parking lots, alley, and CVS. We were looking forward to a balcony with a bay view and were told those aren’t guaranteed. We were offered to move after two days to a bay view suite, but decided to stay at that point. The balcony had an open veranda style roof, so when it rained.. it poured on you! There were very little places to hang towels and swimsuits. And for such a big suite, there was only a tiny couch and one arm chair - which we moved from the bedroom. Bistro staff could’ve been more friendly. You get a food/drink credit of $20 daily, a free alcoholic drink at the bar nightly, and free dessert nightly all of which were a nice touch! The beach is only a few blocks away - less than 5 min walk. We rented beach gear and were happy to have a tent, beach cart, chairs, and a cooler. Definitely look into that!! Pool was nice, but had a ring of scum on the walls of the pool. Had a great time, we would rent again.

Perfect location.close to the beach, restaurants. The bad used of my credit card. I was charged for service that I didn’t receive. I called and emailed them, zero answer. I ending calling my bank to dispute transaction.
