The location was great Water all in the area to walk was very scary due to me falling.

We love this property. It’s a great location and everyone is so friendly. Love the pool, drinks and good. If I had a complaint, it would be the AC. Coming into the hotel, wet from the pool and ocean is really cold.

Location is perfect, centre of the Clearwater strip and directly onto the beach within close distance to the pier and amazing restaurants Self parking isn’t a thing, but due to the limited space I understand why

The carpets smelled funny, and the air conditioner is not easy to set up. So I sweat a lot at night.

I didn’t like where it was all valet parking you couldn’t park your car yourself and they kept your keys they charged $40 a day for valet I wasn’t aware of that when I booked the room. The shower head in the shower wasn’t the best but other than that it was pretty nice. To rent chairs and umbrella for the beach was $100 a day I thought that was very expensive

Staff were amazing and service was excellent. Building itself showing some wear and tear and the pool was very dirty. Loved the ocean access, cabana rentals and the beach booze wagon!

Unfortunately, the pool was not always very family-friendly during our stay. Many adults were drinking in the pool and seemed unwelcoming toward children. My family enjoyed the pool most after the pool bar closed. The hotel showed Disney movies from sunset until the pool closed, which created a much more enjoyable atmosphere for the many families swimming during those hours.
