The hotel is quite old and definitely needs some updating. They require you to use valet parking and charge you for it, which I found very inconvenient. Beach chairs and umbrellas also come at an additional cost. On the positive side, the hotel was clean.

Es un hotel viejo, no estuvo mal pero no era lo que esperamos, el servicio no era el mejor, Esperaba algo tipo las fotos pero al llegar a la playa no habían sillas disponibles no porq no había sino porq no estaban organizadas… no estuvo mal pero no volveria.

Everything was good but the property is a little bit old

The cleaning service in rooms was not that great. I requested for extra towels and I had to call three times. It definitely needs updates especially on the pool the tiles were coming we almost tripped and fell. I feel like the hotel needs an update.

The private beach was nice as well as the tiki bar and the location was great. Just a short walk from everything. Prices were ridiculous high for food and drinks. Also, some of the staff on the beach were a little rude.

Pool and food was great, AC wasn’t working properly, sheets were completely clean, some stains and bathroom could have been cleaned better

Great location right on the beach and in the middle of the strip with all the shops and restaurants right outside the hotel property. Great customer service and attentiveness from the entire staff
