Nice hotel, staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. Beautiful beach
-
Perfect location for kids right on the beach!
-
They charge resort fee but you have to pay $40 a day for parking and then beach fees are from $50-$251 a day -chairs,umbrella etc.Hotel is little bit outdated for the price. Not a typical Hilton. You can't park your vehicle by yourself-valet service.

Very dirty rooms, the showers had mold and there was dirty laundry left in the room from the previous guest. When we called to report it they just said they would have someone come get the clothes and no one showed up. My daughter became very sick while sleeping there. The only pro was the access to the beach and the available cabanas. Also you were forced to have to pay valet. I felt bad because we weren’t prepared to tip valet every time we needed our vehicle.

And waiter Kevin the best

Booked two rooms for family trip. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great food selection at the restaurant and beach attendants were great. We highly recommend for a family getaway!

Mislead beachfront

Should not be charged extra for use of beach chairs since already paying resort fee. Need availability of shower/changing room after checkout since still may use pool & beach. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Great location, staff, & other amenities

Beach chairs are not free as Expedia states.

excellent location. Noisy A/C when compressor started.

The hotel is definitely an older property, but it’s been maintained well and was clean throughout our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side because of the age of the building, but with such a great location, we spent most of our time enjoying everything outside, so it really wasn’t an issue. The staff truly made our stay. Everyone—from the front desk to the bar and wait staff—was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the main bartender in the lobby, who provided outstanding service and made us feel welcome every time we stopped by. The resort offers plenty of amenities, including a pool, private beach access, tiki bar, sports tables, and chair and cabana rentals. While the rentals were a bit pricey, the convenience of having a private beach just steps away made it worthwhile. The location is one of the biggest highlights. Being within easy walking distance of Pier 60 and so many great restaurants, shops, and local attractions made it easy to park the car and simply enjoy Clearwater Beach. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a friendly, well-located beachfront resort with plenty of amenities, this is a great choice. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

The location was amazing, it was right on the beach and plenty of restaurants near by. The common areas were clean and so was the pool. You have to pay for the beach umbrellas and chairs which sucks but the good side you dont have to set up or pick up anything. I got a double bed gulf view on the 9th floor and it was amazing, now warning it is completely blocked with concrete compared to the other balconys but that was fine for and my anxiety with the kids. The room was semi clean, which is the downside and everything was falling apart. Hilton you need to do better, if your going to charge high prices than you have the money at least do the standard repairs in the room.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This hotel was absolutely terrible, the toilets were not working, the A/C was not working, and the housekeeping never came. If you like stomping your own feces down the toilet and sweating at night this place is perfect for you. We talked to them at the front desk over 10 times and they refused to do anything for us, we had to leave because it was a health hazard and we went down the street to the Wyndham Grand, do yourself a favor and book the Wyndham from the start because the Hilton is an absolute pile of garbage. We asked for a refund because we were leaving and that hotel was literally and unsafe environment and they had the audacity to deny us! It wasn’t until I went back and forth with them for a week and threatened to report them to the public health department that I got a partial refund, not even a full refund! One of the hotel employees himself told us that this was the oldest hotel on the beach and it is very evident when you are there, I hope this place gets bulldozed asap because it is an atrocity to Clearwater Beach, if you’re looking for a nice place to stay on vacation, go to literally anywhere else on the strip, if you’re looking for somewhere that will make you go home early for the same price as the nice places, stay here. This is quite possibly the worst place I have ever paid that kinda price for and I will never stay at a Hilton again.

I always love to stay at Hilton properties because I know they take care of their guests, but this was not true here. We arrived at the property at 7pm. Check in is 4. I was told that our room was not ready yet, they were fixing a light. It should only be 15 minutes. The man at check-in told me that he would give me a $100 resort credit for the trouble. No worries. I said my family would go have a drink and dinner (and use the credit) and be back. The restaurant was slow. We waited for food for over an hour, and half was cold when it arrived. Right before the food arrived, I went back to check on the room. The lady who was now manning the front desk told me the room was still not ready (it is now 8pm) as it had not yet been cleaned. I went back and ate dinner with the family, then had to pay since I couldn't give them a room number to use the credit. Finally, a little before 9, I had to go back to the desk to ask about the room. We were finally able to check in. The line there was long. People complaining about broken toilets, rooms not clean, missing towels, etc. Inside the room, there were still traces of the people before. But I wasn't about to complain. Not what I expect from a Hilton property, or any hotel with prices like I paid.
