Been helpful. The staff did the bare minimum. They could offer information about restaurants, how to get around and where things were located in the hotel and the area before having to ask. Hot tub was nice and clean. The balcony was a bonus to the room. Nice view of marina and a peek a boo view of the Clearwater marine park and the Gulf of America!

Property is well maintained, room was very clean. Location is pretty central to all of Clearwater beach. Pool area and bar were wonderful, shout out to Chris pool bar bartender, great bartender, excellent personality!!

I would’ve given five stars, but you have to pay $20 a day for parking which is ridiculous. It should come included.

The only suggestion would be to improve the laundering and linens. The room and pool towels were very rough and did not match the standard of everything else. Still a 5/5!….& we will return.

Nice new hotel with great location. Great hotel but the toilet did not flush unless you held the handle down while flushing.

My wife and I enjoyed the hotel immensely. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there every time we come to Clearwater Beach.

Everything here was fantastic!! I don’t want to tell everyone how great it is because I want it all to myself!! It was the cleanest, friendliest place that I’ve stayed. If I could give 10 stars I would!! To all the employees at the Chart House you are great!!
