ChartHouse Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel

Overall the hotel was just ok. The TV in the rooms do not stream or have cable channels, just very basic Samsung TV Channels. The floors on the property were always slippery with puddles of water everywhere. We had to be very careful walking the entire time. I would not return.

I've stayed at many hotels, but this is one of my favorites. The room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The price was reasonable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.10/10

Hotel is very clean and is rather new, staff is very welcoming. Stayed in the family double room. And it was perfect for us. Our family of six found the bunk beds to be an ideal solution for younger children. The pool was great for toddlers it has a side of the pool that is only 9inches of water which I found great. Property sits right on the marina and across the street from the beach. Close to the pier. The only thing I noticed they didn’t have was breakfast, or perhaps even an option to purchase breakfast would be a great addition. I highly recommend this hotel; it’s very family-friendly.

My husband and I had a great time. We arrived before noon but they gave us a room which was ready. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice view. The location was excellent. Only a few minutes away from the beach, marina, and restaurants. Only the issue we had was no hair dryer in the room.

Beautiful new property in a great location

Nice location, The balcony view from the room looking over the marina was beautiful.This location is clean and near everything, It was like being on your own little island.

We stayed in the king sized bed with a balcony view of the marina and it was our best stay ever. We had so much fun grabbing drinks at the restaurant downstairs and it was a very short walk to the beach, other restaurants and fun places to go. There is a pretty large pool and a waterfall hot tub that we used at least once every day. The staff was so nice. The only downside was that the food downstairs isnt great so we only had appetizers and got food other places! Will definitely be back very soon!!!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the bath towels were rough. Would recommend using a fabric softer on them.

Good hotel, great location but every service is extra cost.

Clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub right on Clearwater marina. Within walking distance of several restaurants and pier 60 within 2-5 mins. Convenient parking in parking garage right across from hotel. Peaceful birthday weekend.

The property is well maintained, the battery is really clean abuse of my room to the Marina was amazing. I will recommend this place.

We had a clean, spacious room overlooking the marina. The view was wonderful and the balcony was nice to have. The location is in the heart of the activities, very close to the beach, marina, and nice seafood restaurants.

Me and my family had a great time. Everyone at the hotel, as well as the restaurant and pool bar, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Within walking distance to food, the beach, photo ops, and entertainment. Hotel is amazing, bed was comfy, room is clean. Family loved the pool and the beach, watching the boats exit the marina. Would stay again and again!
