Loved the location, breakfast was hit or miss but they’re also in the middle of a big remodel so we may have just caught it at a bad time would stay at again vs anywhere else along the beach

Property is new and updated in a great convenient location. Steps to the beautiful beach. Only negative was I was trying to get an hour later check out and they were knocking at my door at 11:00am ready to get me out.

Too much construction but I know it will get better Dust

It was close to our granddaughter that we came to visit. Having to walk a good ways through construction, with me being handicapped.

I loved the property how clean the property was. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The area was perfect for the what I needed it for. That balcony with the sunrise was the best ever. I didn’t like the crow that was trying to eat my food while we were enjoying the balcony and the sunrise but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Oh and the construction but we will have to come back when everything is nice and pretty.

Great stay. Will be even better after the lobby renovations are complete.

Have stayed here twice before, position is great, staff great, rooms good size & layout We booked and paid for a King room with pool view which on arrival wasn’t available. We were offered a twin queen room with street view & had no choice but to take it. We were emailed just before our stay to say lobby was getting a makeover. They failed to mention that the rooms above us were also being made over, drilling & banging from 8am to 6pm. Wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known. We understand this sort of work may be periodical required, but it’s not ideal for your yearly holiday & rooms were plenty good enough last year. Also our room should have been cleaned every other day, after 4 days we had to ask reception to sort cleaning, then had to chase this again 2 days later. Not good enough. We’re not ones to complain & will stay here again once this works have been completed, but right now, standards have really slipped.

Great location, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, and helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately, during my stay the hotel was undergoing major renovations, with construction noise sometimes starting as early as 8 AM. I understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, but I was disappointed that the hotel was still charging full room rates despite the disruption.

Was not told hotel was under renovation till after I was unable to cancel my reservation. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Stayed here before and was great. Now it wasn’t. Construction was being done early in the morning and I couldn’t sleep. And through out the day noise was terrible

La habitación era un nos asignaron no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, como a las 10 de la noche tuvimos que llamar a front desk para que nos resolvieran el problema nos mandaron un Técnico, muy amable por cierto, y nos cambiaron de habitación. El Desayuno Bueno, pero con muy pocas mesas y sillas disponibles tomando en cuenta el tamaño del hotel, tuvimos que sentarnos afuera en área de la piscina con el sol de frente y con el calor horrible. Sinceramente no muy amena la estadía.

The king rm was very nice. All new beds and rms. Construction was really quite didn't here anything.staff was very nice rm was really clean. Beach was across the street and everything is walkable didn't need the car.

Very nice place, The pool was great, Good location, very nice & friendly staff. You could tell they went out of their way to make guest feel welcome. everything else was great and clean. we would stay here again Bed sheets and blankets were very scratchy and uncomfortable- would recommend bringing your own

Everything was perfect even under renovation. It was clean the staff were all very nice and helpful. The location was perfect and the breakfast was great. Excited to see it when it’s done

Great place! Come here every year. Proximity to the beach is super convenient!
