The hotel, cleanliness and friendly staff.

We stayed at the same hotel last year and it was wonderful but this year the hotel showed much wear. Our room smelled like wet dog, and it was just generally run down. Wish I had booked another hotel, I think probably could have gotten something nicer for the price.

Great for families with children. A little worn down. Couldn’t check in until 5pm. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast very busy every morning and chaos with kids. Breakfast meh. Did the job.

We stayed here for a week. From the moment we arrived till we left, I do not think we ever saw an employee who wasn’t happy and very friendly. I loved the breakfast. Huge variety of food.

Everything Nothing

I like the amenities. Some of the staff were a bit rude. A lot of people who work here do not speak English so it is hard to communicate with them about simple issues.

Clean room, beach front, excellent amenities, decent price, and free breakfast

Breakfast was delicious, everyone was very friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. My 7 year old loved the pool and the beach was within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Loved the walking distance from the beach while also having other activities and restaurants around.

Great location with convenient breakfast! Would recommend to friends and family.

The surf shop has the monopoly cus you walk through it to get to the beach. It’s right there and the staff are really amazing !

Great experience

We booked a trip to Clearwater for our vacation. After driving 17 hours straight, the manager, was absolutely horrible to us. We had a problem with our reservation and nobody was there to assist or help us at all. We were completely dismissed. He instead proceeded to tell us to find another place, called us difficult/an issue, and didn’t want to speak to us while we tried solving the problem on our own. I work in hospitality so I was baffled to experience this kind of customer service. Someone like that should not work in hospitality. Clients needs should be meet and concerns should be addressed. They made us feel unimportant. We were happy to take our business elsewhere as RESPECT is #1 in this industry.

This hotel was wonderful the rooms were clean the staff was friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel room bathrooms were very nice. Pool was not very clean, hotel hallways leading to the rooms were very dirty. Sharing elevators with employees with work carts was annoying especially when you had to wait for another elevator.
