Very good value. Great place for the money. Easy 10 minute walk to the pier. Sheets looked a little suspect but otherwise everything was clean and looked ok.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find good food. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the area felt safe throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay. The pool didn't appear to be very clean. Improving the filtration system or ensuring the water pump is running properly could help keep the water cleaner and make the pool more inviting. Additionally, the bedrooms did not have air conditioning, which made them less comfortable, especially in warm weather.

Convinced to the beach Old

No central AC, nothing in the kitchen to eat with or drink, no coke dispenser, no ice machine, no swimming pool towels. I think it was definitely overpriced. Needs improving

I wish the bedroom had air conditioning and the shower pressure could be better. Also an ice maker would go a long way in that Florida heat, but overall it was excellent. Its my second time staying there and I will be back!.

More towels in room

One of the beds was sagging and was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Also, there is no A/C inside the room.

Close the to Pier 60 and Food

The property was bare minimum with zero aesthetic. There was nothing beyond the appliances and towels and 1 soap and shampoo for 2 guests (which does not matter to me but may to some). The only air conditioner was in the main room and was not ample to cool down the bedroom which was blocked by walls. The blinds in the bedroom were paper thin and it was like sleeping with the light on. There was exactly nothing extra in the room. Suggest management post on the listing that there is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the unit, but no extras, I.e., hair dryer, plates, cutlery, etc. so you can prepare to bring your own. There is a pool but it didn’t look like it should and the deck had just chairs and nothing more. The property is older and not in a bad location but could use some TLC and attention to guest amenities.

Just need a upgrade

No WiFi as advertised. A/C was a window unit and couldn't cool bedroom. No curtains on windows, only blinds. Requested lower floor unit due to need for scooter access but assigned second floor. Kitchen table small and short with only seating for two. Only furniture in living area was a single couch. No TV in bedroom.

Room was very clean, no problems. Big open spaces. The beds looked nice. Clean sheets, decent size room with a living room. Separate friendly staff really clean on the outside. Had no problems would definitely stay again. Cheap for staying on the beach.
