The Beachview Inn Clearwater Beach

The staff and Management went way out of their way to help me fix an issue on my banks end. They were very kind and helped me all the way through it. everything was great.

Noting. The only thing that is ok is the location, but I didn't like the beach there either, super busy and crowded. Do not recommend. It's ugly and expensive. Everything needs to be updated.

Unfortunately, the room itself was in very poor condition. It had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom constantly smelled bad as well. There were tiny bugs throughout the room, including on the beds, which was very concerning. The air conditioning was also a major issue. It kept turning off repeatedly and would only run for a few minutes at a time. As a result, the room became very hot and uncomfortable. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The milk appeared to be spoiled and curdled. The breakfast selection overall was poor. The ice machine area was very dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained. In general, the property feels run down and in need of significant improvements. While the location is great and the early check-in was appreciated, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel. The location was excellent and one of the few positive aspects of this hotel. We arrived around 1:00 PM and the front desk staff already had our room ready, which we really appreciated. Close to everything just a walk across the road you’re on the beach The only thing I disliked was the TV is way too small for the room

I love the location The room could use a good deep clean, and the back door was very hard to open and close.

Best location, large bedroom, nice staff Restroom in the pool area was disgusting, breakfast could be better.

The location Staff was really rude, seemed like they were doing me a favor while I was the one paying for a service. The bathtub was dirty and there were bugs everywhere. It’s a motel on the road, and not cheap. The common areas were also dirty

The room had a great view of the water,! loud music across the street from a outdoor night club! until midnight 7 days a week. Elevator was out of service for 3 days, our room was on the 4th floor. little tiny nits flying in the bathroom.

Location is excellent for the beach and restaurants.

Location That the Pool closed at 7pm. When pools right beside it was open u til 3am. Didn’t like that house keeping had to be requested 24hrs in advance. Being on the beach daily the room got sandy quickly.

The location was good. Is next to a Karoke bar so kinda loud, but I usually pass right out so didn't bother me too much. If you dont have a room facing the beach not really worth it.

It was right off the strip and beach across the way. The front desk lady was super kind and friendly. There wasn't hot breakfast, should be with how expensive one night is.

Kitchen space The seagulls in the pool, My family was unable to use the pool because of all the droppings and feathers. Disgusting. I did speak with the manager at this facility in Clearwater that we said, and she told me that the company hires a third-party company to read the reviews so no one Reidsville. I hope this is not true.
