Lovely staff!! Especially thanks to the valet guy and the front desk lady. They both made the checking process and our staying soo much easier and welcoming. Thank you will definitely plan to come back.

We weren’t aware of all the additional fees when we booked our stay, which was a little disappointing. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful, although the lady at the front desk wasn’t the most welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and everything was clean and well-maintained. However I’ll probably try somewhere different next time.

Great property right across the street from the beach! We got a lot of use from the rooftop pool since it was a bit rainy on our weekend. The lobby bar was also amazing with both delicious food and drink options. The rooms are modern and spacious with large windows! Staff was all very friendly and valet parking on the main floor was quick and easy.

I was SO happy with our stay here. I felt completely safe, it was so comfortable, clean and relaxed. We had all we needed and more. It will definitely be my go to when we return. Absolutely love.

I prepaid for my three-night stay through Expedia. My Expedia receipt clearly states that $1,248.27 was already paid and only $118.65 was due at the property. However, the hotel gave me a folio showing $292.40 in charges and also placed a separate $450 pending incidental authorization on my card. When I questioned the conflicting amounts, I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation. Even worse, during check-in, the manager specifically told my mother and me that we could park in the garage while we took our belongings up to the room. We followed the manager’s instructions, yet my car was still booted. Having my vehicle immobilized after receiving direct permission from management was completely unacceptable. After the parking disaster and billing issues, I asked to cancel my stay, but the hotel refused. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the staff left us feeling dismissed and trapped in a reservation we no longer felt comfortable keeping. Between the contradictory instructions, my car being booted, the unexplained difference in charges, and the $450 incidental hold, this was an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel. If you book here through a third party, document every conversation, save every receipt, and carefully check every charge.

We love the Hiatas! This was our third year in a row! The hotel is so clean, always smells amazing and the staff is so friendly! The location to shopping and restaurants is wonderful, very walkable! They also have beach towels to take to the beach, one less thing to pack!

Room, staff, and amenities were all great

Really nice hotel, exceeded our expectations. Rooms were spacious, pool area and bar were a highlight, with an amazing view of the beach and great sunsets (they even do a sunset toast every night). Couldn’t beat the location especially if you want to be near the beach.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel, and fantastic food. Pool is a bit small but the ocean is massive.

#2.. Valet Parking. .. The valet staff was very nice and friendly ..but i don't like having to pay for 38 dollars (even though there was a sign that clearly said 25) per day plus tip just to park . #3.... The pool size, too small for the hotel. #4... Be prepared to have 600 dollars place on hold on your credit card for damages and what other charges that you may occur. #5.. No WiFi unless you sign up Hilton honors club..

Beautiful hotel, right across from the beach. The room was spacious and very clean. The Ocean Seven restaurant was delicious, and we loved the roof top bar and pool after our beach days.
