Everything n arms length away! Great staff so good

We stayed here for two weeks June/July and were very impressed with this small boutique hotel. Our room was a high standard and the bathroom had a fantastic rain style shower with plenty of pressure. The pool areas were nice with ample loungers available and the pool size sufficient for the size of the hotel. The location was fantastic for exploring Clearwater beach and it was a short easy 5 min walk to the beach. Complimentary coffee was great everyday. We also enjoyed complimentary cocktails around the pool in the afternoons. Parking was free and ample. The AC was very effective in our room and fully adjustable to meet our needs. Complimentary pool towels were very good. I would definitely return to this hotel if visiting Clearwater in the future.

We had the most amazing customer service, the room was very spacious and very clean. Although this hotel is not on the beach, it is a very short walk to the beach. You can get to shops, restaurants and several other activities without ever having to get into your car. I will definitely be staying there again.

I love this little hotel. Cool vibes. Friendly staff. The property is clean, quite and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Excellent location. Hot coffee every morning. I look forward to coming back as soon as possible.

Stay is in a great location, beach isn’t too far, I would go walking, a bunch of food options around, parking is reserved for guest so no need to go find parking, front desk is very helpful I needed a beach towel and some band aids and they were able to help. As far as room, it was very clean when we first arrived, AC worked great & all utilities. Stay was great would definitely go back.

There was nothing to not like!

Stayed one night whiling traveling with my two teens. If I had known how nice this hotel was we would have coordinated to stay here longer. Modern, clean, & perfect location. Appreciated the parking convenience. We definitely will stay here again.

Great location and staff are wonderful! The only thing I didn’t like were people next to our room were very noisy and we couldn’t sleep. The room doesn’t have good sound proof. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

I always love to stay here when I come to Clearwater. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect!

Very clean, friendly staff and so close to beach and restaurants

Water, ice, coffee available 24/7. Staff helpful with dining recommendations. The king suite was lovely. Smart TVs. Only downside were the bed pillows. 4 square, more decorative-sized couch pillows, were the sleeping pillows. They were not comfortable and when you rolled over, your head fell off the pillow. But that was the only negative during our 2-night stay. Would definitely stay again - and bring my own bed pillow.

It was clean and all the staff was super friendly and helpful furnished beach towels for the beach which was close walking distance and gave complimentary drinks on Saturday night. I have nothing bad to say it was great

We've been on vacation for 12 days so far, from wisconsin, through atlana georgia, down the Atlantic side of Florida and currently staying at the Devon shores hotel. It has been the best hotel by far the entire trip so far, very friendly staff, great pool, clean rooms, 2 min walk to the beach and boat excursions, food and shopping near by, all around 5 stars in my book.
