Great hotel only issue was air stopped working in middle of night but moved us to another room immediately cause maintenance was not there

My partner and I had a personal issue that caused us some trouble checking in, however Sharonda and Keisha were very helpful in getting everything sorted out. We truly appreciated their patience and understanding in that moment. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The light switch system is a little confusing. I’m sure if we had asked, someone would’ve been happy to help, It didn’t bother us enough to worry about ut though. The pool was beautiful and they have a really nice view from the rooftop bar. Location is great, as it’s only a street away from the beach and the main shopping strip. Everything was only about 5-10 min away on foot. All in all it was a great stay.

Seamless check-in, clean and comfortable, good breakfast, close to the beach

We wanted somewhere walking distance to the beach and this was perfect! The staff was very helpful and even let us check in early. They staff was also very helpful and attentive. We also thought the 24hr fitness center was very nice. the hotel was conveniently located to all the restaurants/stores. The only issue we had was that the shower door didn’t fully close and water would end up on the floor after every use. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property, but the best part was the two wonderful women at check in. I told them we were staying for my husband’s 50th birthday bash and they sang to him. It’s the small things that matter.

Le seul problème est qu'il faut demander a chaque jour pour faire l'entretien de la chambre, avoir des serviettes propres, café etc.

Very clean, friendly staff & close to everything. Remote didn’t work for tv, & AC didn’t get very cold.

The hotel lobby is nice, pretty ambiance however the room was just okay. The hall light inside my room did not work and sink got stopped up a few times. Also there was a constant clicking nose that sounded like a lock which was very annoying. We constantly thought someone was trying to enter our room. Pool area was nice but got over crowded quick. The front desk staff was very friendly.
