Great facilities, very helpful staff The only negative is the blinds need repairing as they dont all close correctly , maybe add curtains so you have 100% privacy.the red neon sign comes through the gaps in the blinds maybe turn it off after 11pm?

Room was very cute, clean and spacious for the size, comfy bead, bathroom was immaculate with a great shower. And little chocolates on the pillow at night. Clean towels every day too! Can’t say enough that we loved this place. Giant high rise hotels are not our thing and would rather support local businesses. A defiant go to if ever back in the area!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. The property and room were immaculate! The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. This location is ideal if you want to be a 10-15 minute walk away from the craziness. There's a beach that you can walk to in less than 5 minutes, the pool is amazing! Add a cabana to your room! I will come back to this property, no doubt!!

Our stay was absolutely prefect! Ivory Sands is a gem nestled away in Clearwater. Surrounded by the big hotels and resorts Ivory Sands has a quaint and intimate feel with a flare of luxury. The property and rooms are clean with personable and helpful staff. Located within walking distance from great restaurants, fun bars and beautiful beaches celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary will be unforgettable! Thank you Ivory Sands!!!

In my experience with hotels, large or small, the people who work there make all the difference. Kathy and Gabriella were fantastic. They both were attentive to our needs, super friendly and personable. Made our stay our day. -Danny

Amazing experience, close to the beach, beautiful!

This place is great! Small (12 rooms) and intimate, super easy to get in/out, park, centrally located. Walk to many places or very short drive. Loved that the room had two king beds. Staff were very friendly. Pool area is lovely for hanging out. Highly recommend!

My experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay! Everything and everyone was truly exceptional. From the cleanliness of the room and the overall property to the helpfulness of the staff, every detail exceeded expectations. The location was excellent, within walking distance to both the ocean and nearby restaurants. We will be back again and again!

Above and beyond service. All the front desk ladies were so nice and friendly! The room and amenities were great! I will stay here sometime soon!

It was a perfect week!!! It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was very relaxing if you are looking for a smaller, more personalized resort. Hidden treasure for sure! This place does not disappoint! If it doesn’t have the amenities you want they will make sure you have it by the end of the day! Gabriella, Kaylee and Kathy went above and beyond. Super clean spacious rooms. Walking distance to beach. Pier is a little further but not much was happening while we were there. Will definitely book again

We really enjoyed our stay. It is small place with 12 rooms, we had one of the smaller room’s but it was ideal for our 3 nights stay. The rooms were very clean and serviced every day, and there was a turn down service in the evenings.But what made this place special was the staff, especially Gabrielle and Cathy who couldn’t do enough for you , and as it was a small place they had time to talk to you , which you don’t get in larger hotels . When we come back to Clearwater Beach we will definitely stay here again Nothing

This place is my go to stay in Florida. If you’re looking to stay on the beach and have a quiet location to stay at, this is it. You get some noise from cars but it’s not that bad. Parking is included with your stay which is a major addition. The pool area is clean equipped with Cabanas and chairs, the water is always comfortable feeling. You are a two block walk from Clearwater Beach. The staff is always thoughtful and takes care of your needs. While there is no microwave in room, they have one at the front desk if needed along with an ice machine. Since the hotel is only a few rooms no need for elevators or anything like that to get there, everything is less than a minute walk. We have traveled from Michigan and stayed here the last two years and love everything about this place. I turned 40 this year and they offered me a bottle of champagne to celebrate. How cool is that?! My fiancée collects sea shells and one of the staff members made her a necklace for a keepsake for the trip. I mean these things stand out to me and I’d much rather have the personable experience rather than a chain hotel. If you’re not considering staying here when you travel to Clearwater, you should seriously take a look at this place before you pay the higher prices for the chain hotels.
