Location Front office staff is RUDE as hell. And had to ask everyday for clean towels and for the room to be cleaned.

Lots of parking. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Hotel is in a convenient location. Beach easily accessible. Will stay again.

Toilet was weak would barely flush Nobody there to fix the toilet Elevator was creepy af Bed sheets was old and itchy TV was trash and out of date Wall Outlets were trash Shower curtains were weak couldn’t stop water from flooding the floor Parking was convenient tho Air Conditioning was good too

I met the owner Ben while staying there and he was super friendly and even thanked us for staying with him on our trip.

It’s a great location BUT the room was not very clean . There was hair on our bed and no mattress cover it was ok for the price . Best part is the walking distance to the beach and the pier

The room was clean and comfortable. Only a block from the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. We only stayed 1 night but it was the perfect start to our long weekend vacation.

Floor dangerous when wet and often is due to weather Very thin walls ground floor very noisy especially with the gap Curtains didn’t meet leaving a gap you can see through especially on ground floor WiFi would not connect Very dated

Right near the beach and close to shops and food. Place is run down and staff are not friendly or super helpful.

The pool was ok The room need more updates the 5th floor I need more cleaning

The bed has a bed bugs, and I request a erly check out, and the lady in the front desk tell me that I get penalization for that

Location is great, walking distance to the beach. No issues with location. We’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 6 years, we’ve never had an issue before… until now. First day we arrived, the toilet wasn’t working properly, they said they sent someone to fix it but the same issues occurred. Beds were very uncomfortable! The entire hotel was NASTY!!!! First room we stayed in we found SEVERAL cockroaches, was moved to a second room and found even more!!!!! Needless to say; we LEFT admittedly!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTING!!!! The staff made the comment about recently having a cockroach issue but stated “they self sprayed and don’t know if they’re going from room to room”. We ended up spending thousands of dollars on a new room (since it was last minute) after spending over a thousand dollars on this hotel. I requested a full refund but it takes 5-7 business days. Overall, this place needs shut down.

The location was great!! But if you are not on a budget don't rent this hotel. Everything is low quality, the towel feels like brushes, the pillow are hugely insanely big, ask the girl in the front desk why we didn't have a fan working in the bathroom she didn't even think to answer me, I don't think she knew what I was talking about. The rooms have no window, no ventilation at all & the bathroom fan does not work. So be prepared to have a mildew, foggy bathroom all the time! if someone's going number two , you're gonna smell that , too! I will never come back ill go to the Holiday Inn any day but not this hotel, it should really be called a motel because it has no stability of a hotel.

Cant beat the price for the short walk to the beach ! The fact that it also had free parking js a bonus. Rooms were clean as well Nothing really wrong, bit outdated but overall for the price you cant beat it
