Clearwater Beach Hotel

The only thing I’d note is the toilet backed up 3 different times, other people we talked to staying at the hotel said they had the same issue. They were fixed fairly quickly each time we notified them, and we were staying over memorial week, which might have added to the issue.

Hi, we pay $ 16 dollars by parking, when we back to sleep we don’t find parking, they solve the problem around 1 am , my sister complained last day and the hotel ordered her to live the hotel; I don’t think that’s not necessary; I don recommend it to anyone.

The location of this hotel is really good closer to everything and the room was good until we found a cockroach in the bathroom but it was okay foe the price.

Outlets in room did not work well. light fixtures were broken and falling apart. mirror was rusted in the bottom. Key card kept disabling. You get what you pay for.

I was very happy with my stay. The property is very well maintained and staff was exceptionally helpful. I appreciate the time that I spent there and would go back again

Front desk was very helpful with my problems. Outside maintenance of building and elevator needs care. Over all it was a pleasure.

It was ok could of been cleaner

This hotel was a good option for a budget friendly choice within walking distance to the beach. Almost everything about the hotel was nice. Front desk staff was accommodating and helpful, property was well maintained, rooms were clean. There could be some renovations in parts of the rooms. There was rust buildup on the base of the closet sliding door and bathroom door henge. Nothing to complain about just a thing I noticed. Shower needs to be replaced with a glass door instead of shower curtain. Water would get on the bathroom floor near the toilet because the base of the shower was only a few inches above the ground. Most hotels now have complimentary body wash/shampoo/conditioner. However this one didn’t, which again is not an issue, everyone should bring their own products. Other than that, pretty good hotel for the price and location!

INFESTED WITH ROACHES!! When we first arrived, the toilet was clogged. I asked the receptionist to have someone go fix it, but instead, she handed me a plunger. We were sleeping and in themiddle of our first night our son woke us up horrified by so many bugs running around rhe floor. I get up at 2AM to find our room crawling with cockaroaches. It was the most disgusting thing I ever experienced. We left immediately and I demanded a refund for the rest of our nights. Never again

Close to beach. Only one washe/dryerr for 5 floors. Broken ice machine. Maintenance on pool equipment not checked daily. No extra pillows on hand and tiny square pillows.

It was a good location with everything around and the beach is only 4 minutes walk which was so perfect

Not clean, bed was dirty! No real amenities I do not recommend unless you don’t care where you stay

I had a water view which is what I payed for Uncomfortable mattress rude stafff I don’t like to be micromanaged that’s why I am in business for myself

Location was great we have stayed here before and access to the beach wasn’t far, Found roaches in two of the four rooms we had on the fourth floor, the nite cap guy said they was palmetto bugs which is roaches if ya look it up, the manager was awesome but night shift guy was a douchebag, they try to tell you that you can’t be on the balconies after 10pm or you get complaints and try to make u leave the property, cleanliness was horrible, and don’t plan on doing your laundry their,unless ya brought your piggy bank with ya

Very well kept!

Walking distance & Perfect location for everything. Marina, food, shopping, the beach, coffee and much more. The showers needed bigger curtains and the showers needed to be higher in the side. Mini fridge wasn’t cold enough like it should have been. We kept most of our stuff on ice the whole time.

Location There were roaches crawling all over our room. Down the walls and coming from under the beds. The pool filter was not running or non existent and therefore dirty and the lounge chairs were all cracked. Some of the staff were rude.
