Very clean all around , friendly personnel and amenities were top

I love this place. Everything was perfect. The only thing I can think of is to take the regulator off of the air conditioner. It would not go lower than 72 but it did not feel like 72 on our room. It was hot.

Had a wonderful experience! I like how convenient everything is to the resort. I will be staying again!

Staff was awesome and accommodating - we particularly enjoyed visiting with Nick at the outdoor bar area! We would certainly return for another stay and recommend this property and it’s sister property Opal Sol to our family and friends!!!

I liked it but the hotel needs to have a good renovation.

Very nice hotel. The view from our room (3rd floor) was perfect! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel and the area surrounding the hotel were clean and safe. Pools were quite busy on the weekend however that is to be expected and did not deter from our experience. The only minor complaint was that the lighting in the room seemed dim. Plenty of fixtures however after the sun set, the room felt dim. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will not hesitate to book this hotel in the future.

On the first day, when we decided to use the hair dryer, it nearly caused a real fire. The power cord started to burn, and fortunately we managed to unplug it from the outlet in time. The hotel replaced the hair dryer with a new one and tested it in front of us. In addition, the water pressure in both the shower and the bathroom sink was very weak. They were able to fix the water pressure in the sink, but they told us that the low water pressure in the shower was normal and could not be improved.

We wanted to lay out and not do anything this weekend, so we chose the opal sands. The resort was beautiful and looked just like the pics….wish there was an adult pool, too many kids for our taste. Oh well. Bed was not the most comfortable, but again nothing like your own bed. Wish there was more options of restaurants, but enough on the beach to pick from.

The spa at opal sol was excellent! Anniversary celebration! The experienced everyone made it special. Even the valet! The view is worth the night! so beautiful Felt like a princess for the day!
