Dissapointing as a Holiday Inn

I loved how accommodating and attentive the staff were. They went above and beyond with explaining answers to questions I had. They were informative and made me feel Like royalty.

Views into the gulf 10/10. Location 10/10. Bedroom refreshed tidy and clean. Reception staff friendly. Jimmys bar/breakfast good atmosphere. Pool area nice. Reception area needs a complete refresh, many would want to walk out before checking in, so old and tired, stained ceiling tiles, leak damage directly above check in area, it’s so tired and unloved. games room now closed off. First impressions are shocking even for a 3 star hotel. Resort fee should be in the price you pay upfront. Air co unit in the room straight out of the 70’s, so noisy, even worse you cannot sit on the balcony as the vents outside are blowing hot air over you along with the drone of the motors, add in the noise from the pool pump area if your unfortunate enough to be near it and you have an unusable balcony with a 5* view. The bathrooms are so dated and tired. Yes it’s a lot less money than its 5* neighbours however it needs ripping apart and fully upgrading or pulling down and rebuilding. We stayed here 8 years ago and other than the bedrooms being refreshed it’s become brand damaging for holiday inn.

Everything was good. But for some reason our floor was seeping water. The more we walked around the wetter it got. And no it was from us. The floor would have puddles out of no where. We told the front desk we we left. We really didnt know it was happening until we were packing to leave. The rest of the time we did think it was from us!

Stayed there a few times but this was the worse stay I've had. Had room 262 I believe. Room smells strongly of mold and mildew. Floors were dirty, sand in the bed. Our room door had to be slammed to get it to close properly. Awful smell coming from the hallway. Very disappointed that the hotel seemed empty but no other rooms were available.

Good location and the suites have been recently refurbished.

I was a little disappointed that this was advertised as on the beach. The beach was close but hotel was not on it

The room and view where awesome! The staff were so great and accommodating, they all went above and beyond for us very appreciated. I loved the fact that the pool area was open late and the entertainment was great too. The restaurant downstairs was very hot and the service was pretty slow.

The location and facilities I didn’t like how booking told me I had free breakfast for my kid I booked under 17 that the breakfast was free and it wasn’t
