Atención no good

The staff was very kind. We were able to check in a bit early and out an hour late. Our view was great but even with a gulfview room, we couldn't see the sunset. Parking was decent and the area is very walkable.

Bad view in tower 1 above the restaurant roof. No concern for the trash and bacterial infected unbelievable nasty towels, cigarette butts, and just overall trash. I asked the front desk about the issue and was just told to ask for a higher room next time. I was also asked how my stay was and after suggesting to just maybe power washing the VIEW, no answer and again, no concern. I would NEVER stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The view The AC in the room was terrible it was loud and disturbing the whole night. Also for a Holiday Inn I am used to the beds being more comfortable it's definitely a older building needs a little upgrading

Love that it was right on the beach. Love the live music at tbe restaurant. Great atmosphere.

Very clean, nice design and friendly staff. There is no longer a breakfast buffet. You get meal ticket and a free child (menu ticket) which doesn't have breakfast items to choose from only lunch. ??. Not sure why. End up not using it since we checkout that day. The private beach is one level lower then the hotel and pool area. You have to walk down some stairs.

The location was great. Looks like the hotel tries hard to run a good business however the staff the majority of them anyway were terrible. I think the hostess is in the restaurant was stoned out of their minds.

Property said it was on the beach…which maybe, technically it was, however there was no access to the beach. You had to walk or drive 5-7 minutes to get to the beach. Pictures of the room showed a refrigerator freezer combo…all that was there was a mini fridge and staff would not help…so our food went bad. The waitress at Jimmy’s was rude. Market price crab was not served with appropriate silverware to eat the crab! Will never go back there again!

Jimmy’s restaurant was amazing. Bar staff was great.

Parking was great as they have a garage. Everything was in walking distance. No need to waste gas.

The beds were comfortable. My room had visible mold on the wall above the baseboard. Also, the game room was closed the whole time.
