It was nice and clean The family 2 doors down were up half the night, yelling, screaming and slamming doors! They were rude when asked to quiet down

Girls at desk nice and helped best they can including manager. Rooms are dated and stink of mould. Furniture has mould. Bread crumbs in kitchen area not idea if have allergies. Black long hairs that match elderly cleaners hair everywhere in room. This was same in room we changed to. Beach shingle stone like not white sand like other part of Clearwater beach. Washing machines & lifts not work. Seaweed at beach just lies there on sand & not moved like the other hotels you see beside this one. Never touched swimming pool or hot tub as looked dirty & this stay was only 2 days before flight home at end of holiday otherwise would of changed hotel cause you can’t breath in room with mould smell & air conditioning unit makes smell worse. I had to use 2 bottles of cleaner to remove military mould spores from surfaces just to stay in room. As said if wasnt at end of holiday & low funds I would have checked out as soon as I checked it as loads of people doing that. The car park was pretty empty as no one wanted to stay there. Just a pity as staff were nice but as they just work there they can’t control the dated,mouldy room states. Feel sorry for them as they must have a lot of complaints to deal with. Please do not book this hotel. Lack of bookings will force owners to update the rooms.

Great price! Kitchenette in room! Comfortable beds. Stay there every year. Staff is always nice and even help you get back in your room when you lock yourself out. Lol. It's combursome getting to the beach with lots of stuff going through the 2 doors down by the pool. I would recommend walking around to the side of the building through the parking lot. They have built a nice ramp to roll wagons on to get to the beach.

Property sits right on the beach. The units are outdated but they are clean. The pool area is clean and nice.

Just Wow!!! The staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They made it feel like I was staying with family and the location is outrageous. It is toes in the sand right on the beach with a really great private pool and hot tub set up outside. Every room has a balcony or private patio and it is in the middle of everything!!! If it’s in Clearwater it’s within reasonable walking that’s right I said walking distance from the gulf view. The food, the drinks, the music is everywhere!!! So come down to Clearwater beach and if you’re looking for a relaxing great value stay I definitely recommend the Gulfview.

Beach view was beautiful and balcony was facing building wall but at corner bridge view. Room 551 dont stay.

Vary Close to Clearwater Beach and restaraunts and it was nice to have a calm cove right behind the hotel

The personal beach behind the hotel and the amenities was great. Also, you have the live music next door for most nights which is a plus without paying high dollar for a resort. Also, every desk person was very polite, patient, and always smiling. That also shows the hotel takes care of their employees too. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
