It was a family trip... we had a great time. The room was very comfortable in every way and had a wonderful view. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided 5-star customer service—especially Anthony, who helped us with check-in and made our stay wonderful from that moment on.

The pool and beach were great. Not a fan of paying $10 for a beach chair for the beach when you are already being paid for parking too. Overall it was a great stay.

Great value! The private beach, pool, rooms, staff, cleanliness and central location to all of the Clearwater attractions were fantastic! Would definitely stay again.

It’s the perfect vacation spot. It’s right on the beach, breakfast is good, there are some stores within walking distance, staff is nice, and rooms are very clean. Restaurant and bar on site. Only thing I didn’t like was the bed was a little uncomfortable but not to bad.

Location was perfect, the breakfast had a good selection for everyone, the beach and pool were nice and clean.

The shampoo/conditioner was out, housekeeping didn't replenish other amenities, nor sweep/vacuum the floor. Breakfast area was cramped. Couldnt enjoy balcony, loud stage. Shower curtain was too short, wet floor could be hazardous for handicapped patrons.

The restaurant was very good. Beach area is very small. My room was not very clean, but it was OK. After the first time they cleaned our room, we never let them back in. All they did was pull up the bedsheets, wash the floor with something that made it sticky, took all the towels, but didn’t leave us any clean ones, tried to call the front desk, but after 30 minutes gave up. Walked down to the front desk, had to wait in line, to get new towels. We stayed for a week. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.
