I like the property because the staff is very nice and friendly and the room was clean and has balcony with views of the beach. I recommend it 100%

Nice hotel. Great food at Latitude( very creative chef). Spa was more expensive than I would have liked. More NYC prices. Beach very small but staff friendly.

Exceptional

This hotel is wonderful! You can’t beat the private beach and beautiful rooftop pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is new, modern and clean. Staff was very nice. The big plus is that the beach is right outside, it's clean and has enough chairs. But you should be aware of the cost. Initially they will charge you facility fee, around $40 per day, so that you can use gym, pool and beach. You will have two beach chairs and one umbrella per room. We were family of four so we needed two more chairs that we had to pay $40 per chair and $15 for additional umbrella, every day. This is a bit pricy.

Great stay; the staff was extremely accommodating and quick to fix even the smallest inconveniences. Amazing beach and pool access and good variety of restaurants for every meal! 10/10

Beautiful beach view, clean rooms, amazing staff and wonderful food!

I consider our family to be well traveled, but this hotel will remain a stand-out in regards to overall excellence. The staff at JW Marriott go out of their way to accommodate any guest need, amenity, or request. I love that this hotel still has housekeeping services daily, which seemed to have disappeared after COVID. Housekeeping not only did a thorough job cleaning our room, but actually organized our toiletries and other random things. The front desk staff gets the gold star for making my day. I was craving the key lime pie from the hotel restaurant, Latitude 28, on this property, but it was almost 11:00, so had closed down. I mentioned it to guest services and she actually called and arranged for two to be prepared and brought to our room. I was blown away by her kindness and willingness to the extra mile to please a guest. Another staff shoutout goes at the front desk for making sure my Bonvoy points we’re showing up on our account. There are more examples I could include, but suffice it to say I have am a “born again Marriott enthusiast”! Superlative job JW Marriott!

Nice views, clean. Bed was kind of uncomfortable and all the extra fees. I prepaid over $1000 for two nights and when I got there, I learned about security deposits charged daily for “incidentals.” I fully expected to get all $500 back, but I was charged $250 for I-don’t-know-what. Left the room in good shape, no damage, didn’t steal anything. Not sure I’ll book with Marriott again. Felt nickel-and-dimed this stay.

The vie fro our room overlllooked a gravel paring lot with very little views of the water.

Buen servicio y atención al cliente excelente, desde el valet parking hasta el staff en la playa. La comida buena. Ubicación perfecta para relajarte. Vista al mar preciosa en playa privada, buena vista al sunset desde la picina. Desayuno buffet completo. Cuartos limpios y cómodos.
