Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Suites

I loved the location, the size of the room was perfect! the balcony a plus, the pool was perfect for the beautiful sunsets. Having 2 point access to the hotel was also very convenient. I wanted to order room service (dinner) I called the restaurant and it was a long wait to get through. I had to dialed 3 times. Eventually, someone picked up an put me on hold. I waited for almost 20 mins and none took my call. so I had to leave my room and grab something from the market place in the hotel (not exactly what I was looking for).

Location, amenities and staff were great!

Valet was very good at their jobs, well done guys. The rooms were clean and spacious. Had no issues whatsoever while there. Complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, and the luggage delivery was perfect. 10/10 will stay again.

This is our second time staying at this resort. Rarely do you have such a great experience one time, let alone twice in a 3 year period. The hotel is great, the staff are all so nice, the room was super clean… we couldn’t have been happier staying here. Very nicely located to all the fun amenities offered at Clearwater beach. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt! The service across the board was top-notch—the housekeeping staff kept everything clean and comfortable, and the restaurant served fantastic food. A special shoutout to the bartenders as well; the drinks were exceptionally well-made. Even the drinking water tasted remarkably good! I really appreciated that they didn't nickel and dime us during our stay. Getting four complimentary bottled waters every day was a great touch that made a big difference. My only minor critique is at the pool area: the view of the water is partially blocked by the railing. It's a small thing in the grand scheme of a great stay, but it would be amazing to have an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico while lounging pool-side. Overall, a fantastic hotel and experience. We would definitely return!

The one complaint is that the pool is supposedly heated but not turned on till November. The pool water was unnecessarily cold . So many of the guests I spoke too also were not pleased with the cold pool water. The pool area is really nice but it's ashame that the temperature of the water in the pool distracts from the experience and enjoyment Iof the trip.

The location was perfect! It was in the middle of the Clearwater Beach and walkable in each direction to restaurants and coffee shops. The pier was very short distance from the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and the food great at the hotel if you didn't want to go out. Can't say there was a thing we didn't like about our visit.
