Pool was to cool. Lots of people (Moms) saying it was too cold. Told the pool people, didn't make any difference. Ocean was warmer Only complaint See above

The stay was great! The staff was very kind and attentive, and the hotel was nice and clean. When they found out I was celebrating my master’s graduation, they congratulated me and even offered us breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet was a great value with lots of options, including delicious made to order omelets. The beach is right across the street, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again! Honestly, nothing major. We had a very pleasant experience overall.

Location and clean Nothing

Location, cleaning service Check in was a mess, had to switch rooms second day because I booked two rooms together- sent booking notification they needed to be conjoined or close and then called the property as well. They didn’t even know I booked two rooms and had them at first completely on other sides of the hotel towers. Bed very uncomfortable- pool deck very messy

Excellent location!!! Clean and well taken care of resort. Staff was super friendly and helpful My only complaint would be there were only 2 elevators for each side of the resort so you did have to wait a bit at times although this wasn't a huge deal I could see it being more of a nuisance during really peak season.
