Beautiful clean room, wonderful views, friendly staff.

Kitchen in our room poorly equipped- nothing to dry dishes, no dinner plates. Wrist band was not activated for car parking, so couldn’t exit the car park- process also not explained at check-in Staff helpful in providing a kettle when asked. Check your bill - have been charged twice daily for car parking

There was nothing included in the room cost, everything else you pay

We had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly. Hotel was in a perfect location.

Rooms were clean and well kept

The staff at check in were quick and polite! The room was nice, big and clean. The fitness center was nice as well. The hot tub is on the roof, the pool is on the 8 th floor. It would be nice if they were on the same floor. Great views from the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was older and the paint was chipping off and sticking to our backs.

Property was very clean and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful.

Staff was great, check in and out was simple. Rooms were spacious with a kitchenette. Location was also perfect. Access to washer and dryer was a great addition.

Amazingly friendly staff that assisted in every way. Restaurant food was so good! Clean environment with spacious rooms. Decor is dated and modern; not the luxury I would expect with the price.

The room/property was well maintained. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The staff was fine. No one was particularly mean but no one was particularly welcoming or helpful even starting at check in. Speaking of staff I purchased daily breakfast with my stay. I ended up having to travel alone so I had breakfast alone. I had a 4 day stay. The second time I went to have breakfast I feel like because I was dining alone my server ignored me. I waited 10 mins before he acknowledged me & he knew I was there because my table was near their POS station & he only came by my table once while dining. The pool area needs some umbrellas in case a guest is not able to get seating under the pergolas. It would also have been nice to have wait staff at the pool so one doesn't have to get out of the pool to get a drink. Didn't get to try spa amenities because they were sold out so if that's something you want plan ahead. I did purchase room service. The portion of pasta was quite large. There was a delivery charge & service charge even though the restaurant is in the same building. The beach was nice & it was convenient grabbing umbrella seating and charging to my room. It is also nice having washer/ dryer access.

Very easy check in. Lady at reception was so friendly and helpful. Valet attendants were always fast & polite. Rooms very nice, clean and spacious. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Excellent place to stay.

Hotel is nice; location is Great.. just over the road to the beach. Hidden fees.. Hotel chargers $ 36.00 to self park or $ 40.00 for Valet parking. Well the car park is a nightmare literally so i had to go w valet parking since the difference is really not that much. But then after checking out to my surprise Hotel chargers another Resort fee at $ 35.00 per day plus tax which we were not made aware of upon reservation. See bill pic below.. thats on top of Booking fee ! Booking.com should also made this clear to customers.

building was old and always smell and those extra fees they don’t let me know specially parking $40 and other fees was unable

This property is in serious need of maintenance. Every hallway common areas need TLC and paint please. Maintenance maintenance maintenance please. My room shower handle fell off. Chairs broken pool. All result of non maintence I stay approx 150 nights year in hotels across country. Never again. Stains carpet, elevator dirty. People and staff amazing but they don't control budget.
