Village Inn Clemmons/Winston Salem, Trademark by Wyndham

The Village Inn and Event Center is an excellent place to stay! From Kay at the front desk to Marilynn in the restaurant, to David in the Crosby Pub, to the cleaning crews who tend to the guests rooms, everyone is excellent at what they do and treat you with warmth, a smile and a genuine desire to please and accommodate. The room was well appointed and extremely clean!

It was clean. A little dated with carpet and TV small. My favorite thing was the registration lady. She made us feel like we were important and very welcomed. Give her a raise Bed was high and soft

Everything was as expected and very clean

The hotel was easy to access direct off of I-40 and there were several restaurants very close. The room was good sized if a bit dated. But (almost) everything worked and was clean. The bed was firm but comfortable and the price general fit the quality. The Booking.com site states that a "Fabulous Breakfast" is included in the room price. This is NOT TRUE. The "fabulous breakfast is only available on the weekends and on weekdays there is nothing. A "to go bag" was mentioned but not made available. Also, the in room coffee machine did not work and there was no coffee available in the lobby. So be very careful. The hotel manager says they have tried to get Booking.com to change this to no avail. Whether that is true or not I have no idea but stating a service is included in the price and then not delivering it is misleading and wrong.

It is a beautiful and unique place to stay. Excellent people working there who are very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back when we are traveling in the future!! Everything was great

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The room was hot at night due to their ac was set up to a motion sensor and the shower leaked. Did not get a good night sleep due to the room getting so warm at night.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My only disappointment was the housekeeping policy. For a four-day stay, I was advised on the second day that rooms are only cleaned every three days. I would have preferred daily housekeeping, especially for a multi-day stay. Other than that, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly service
