As we were in town for graduation it was wonderful to be so close to everything on Clemson’s campus. Our stay was excellent. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and bright. We were assigned a first floor room with outdoor access which made the stay absolutely perfect as I was traveling with a large dog. It was so easy to take him in and out for walks. We didn’t use the pool but the outdoor area around the pool was perfect for those walks. There were plenty of pet waste stations (stocked well with bags) spread around. The property was well lit making night time walks in unfamiliar areas much less stressful. It is so hard to find pet-friendly hotels. The James F. Martin Inn is a wonderful place to stay especially if you are traveling with a pet.

The Inn is so pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant serves tasty food, and the grounds are lovely!! I have stayed there many times and will stay many more, I hope. Lovely grounds and pool area. Great outdoor areas. I liked everything

Great day! Very convenient while we were visiting Clemson with our daughter. The whole family enjoyed the pool and the grounds.
