location of room was perfect for our needs, ROom 123. Had amazing and quick customer service when power went out and TV was stuck on "spanish" language. Thank you. We will be back.

Property was old. Room was very overpriced. Staff was pleasant. Room was not clean. Just ok at best.

You can definitely tell the Team is not committed anymore knowing they will be torn down in April. A huge difference in cleanliness and state of property from a year ago. Our room had crumbs and garbage left in the draws and carpet was super dirty. Did not stay there for parents weekend due to this.

The room smelled musty and walls were paper thin. Could here people talking and yelling. Breakfast ended at 10am, but by 9:30 the food was gone and nothing being replenished.

The hotel is nice. Updated and has a good restaurant and bar. However, our room was not clean. Crumbs and pretzels all over the floor. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom. The toilet had a mold ring. Based on cleanliness I will not stay there again.
