Breakfast was wonderful!

Absolutely disgusting. Sheets had urine on them. The rooms were disgusting. The staff were the rudest people I have ever met in my life. They overcharge people to stay due to nearby events and in return give you poor service and filthy rooms because they know you have no other options after check in.

Rooms smelled like they were damp. Old rooms need a lot of updating

Great location, great price for room. Beds were super comfy. the room was clean and well stocked with everythingwe needed. The AC was nice & cold! The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The only complaints which were not too big of a deal, pool needed cleaning (leaves and bugs) and remote for TV wasn't programmed into new TV. Even after trying 3 different remotes (thanks to the help of someone from housekeeping) we wound up changing channels manually once we figured it out. Would stay here again.

Location for concert good - outside of hotel sad - employees bad attitude and not friendly - dirty carpets - shouted did not drain - room no attention to clean

We were there for the Morgan Wallen concert and our room was not even available until after the concert. We had to get ready in the women’s restroom along with dozens of other people that were in the same position. The restrooms were disgusting. I will be making a formal complaint. And the price of the room was five times the normal right because of the concert.

The assistant GM Cris was exceptional in helping me work through the horrid decision of booking thru Booking.com! She went above and beyond in keeping my reservation as well as allowed me to have my keys early that morning since I was attending a concert and wouldn’t be coming back til late hours.

Friendly staff and good location Very run down and needs to be updated

The hotel was very dated. Staff was nice and accommodating. We requested a room change after checking in because the bathroom was not sufficiently cleaned. It was fine for one night but would not book again. On a positive note, breakfast was good.

Walking distance to Clemson stadium Way over priced

This hotel is horrible. The choices were limited for the Morgan Wallen concert, and prices inflated. I paid over $700 for this room that made me feel exceptionally unsafe. You can see through to the hallway from the spaces between the door and the frame. There were stains on the sheets and bed, stains on the floor, a large crack through the wall and dirt and grime everywhere. There was a bug that crawled out of a hole in the bathroom floor. The television did not work. The toilet was not fixed properly and was unstable. You can hear everything your neighboring parties are doing and saying. Constant door slamming all night and morning. The air conditioning makes a horrendous noise when it cuts off and woke me up all night. I had to block my door with the ironing board and my luggage to make sure no one could get in or look into my room. Inexcusable to charge so much for a place that was so filthy and deceitful through their website.

Room was not ready on time. We were in town for a concert. Us and most everyone else with reservations had yo get ready in the restroom and we're not able to wait for our rooms to use them because the concert was going to start. We brought food with us that ruined in the car because we couldn't access our room. Tried to contact expedia to help us with a refund was told we checked in our room which we did not. I called the hotel was told that I would need to contact a manager monday but no refunds would be given. I understand things happen but this is a hotel that has people stay everyday in a college town and rooms were not ready. Will be contacting the better business bureau if not given a refund. This was the hotels fault. Wish that expedia could do more to help as I am sure I am not the only person that has reported this happening.

Price gouging for concert. Staff had horrible attitudes. Bathroom light would not work. TV did not work. Restaurant service very slow. Overall, would not recommend nor go back. Absolutely horrible.

Not bad for a quick weekend stay.
