Days Inn by Wyndham Clemson

Reservations were lost upon arrival. I had called 2 weeks prior to confirm reservations for 2 rooms and they said yes. I spoke with a lady then. We arrived for checkin and no rooms then after i got stern suddenly they found them. Upon entry of room strong cigarette smell and stains on bedding. We went to front office spoke with a long haired man and he said they would get both room fixed in the next 5 minutes we left and went to our social gathering and came back to find that both rooms were in the exact same state. We specifically fold sheets to ensure we could verify if the bedding had ben changed. It had not. Went upfront R Patel told me to share one room with 2 couples and I thought he was joking but he was not. I told clean the rooms now or we are leaving. He said he cannot clean the rooms. I was promised a manager would call me Saturday morning. No call. I called Saturday they told be i should get a call back the following week sometime. How embarrassing.

Very overpriced for a basic hotel. Obviously survives on game day and big events in Clemson.

Room smelled bad though it was pretty nice. TV didn’t work, no coffee maker, ice machine didn’t work.

Breakfast was terrible. Waffles tasted like cardboard no real good options The water pressure in shower sucked and breakfast sucks. The tv were smart tvs but didn’t connect to the WiFi because the WiFi was not strong enough

Very nice people the night staff was very helpful nice sweet he was great. Everything was good.

The sink in bathroom was clogged. Mirror was very dirty in bathroom. A maid unlocked my door with key card at 9 am without permission I was laying in my bed in a night gown. Very uncomfortable feeling and unprofessional The bed was comfortable

Location First night no air conditioning. Floors were dirty.

Room not clean. No fresh towels during the stay after I asked for fresh towels. Squeaking bed frame.

Many broken items in the room, ac was inconsistent , beds very uncomfortable and breakfast was not editable. Not as they advertise.

Location and staff. A/C needs some attention. Temperature would not adjust up when pressing the button. Just down to a lower temp.

Coffee was good Sink was extremely clogged, furniture torn, poor security (front desk gave another traveler a key to our room and they walked in on us while in the room)

This hotel is not what I expected and I knew it the moment I drove up when I only saw 2 cars in the parking lot. The old metal staircase leading up to the 2nd floor was dirty in every corner. I walked into the room and my shoes stuck to the floor everywhere that I walked. There was a brown stain on the chair next to the bed that I noticed right away. The bedside tables were visibly dirty with some sort of sticky substance, probably the same sticky substance that was on the floor. There was a bright blue Ethernet cord coming out of a large hole in the ceiling. The outside noise of the traffic was so loud because of the large gap on the bottom of the hotel door. The front desk said someone would only be there until 11pm. I was traveling alone and I got that sick feeling and did not feel safe at all. I called Hotels.com and they were unable to do anything because the hotel manager refused to give me a refund. There is no reason to book with hotels.com if they can’t help when things like this happen. I lost over $300 and went on my own to book with Hilton. Never again!!

Nothing I am in my 50's. My husband of 40 years passed away last year. I reconnected with a guy that I went to school with. We had just come back from Anderson and we wanted to continue our night. We both live in Walhalla. My 16 year old granddaughter and my 3 adult sons still live with me. My boyfriend and I decided to take things a little further so instead of going back to my house, we decided to get a room for the night. I went on the Internet and booked a room at your facility. When we got there to check in the receptionist would not let us. He said because we were local that we could not stay there. I have never heard of any Hotel/Motel not let adults stay because they are locals. It was late and my boyfriend and I had to turn around and go back to Anderson to get a room. All the other places in Clemson had no vacancy. I will not be staying at another Days Inn and I will not recommend it to anyone else.

Staff where super friendly. Unfortunately, we were originally given a room that was not cleaned or already being used. The floors were really dirty and disgusting in the new room. There is no internet for the t v, just jot the best experience

The rooms were large and the vinyl flooring is a big improvement over carpet. Beds were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom floor corner beside the tub was filthy and it smelled.

I did not use business facilities. Parking lot felt safe
