anything at check in!! Check your bill or they will sneak an extra $40 X 2 from you!! I had to call to get my Monday back. Staff says it’s a glitch in the system.

The clean room was very nice, the gym was also really nice. However the rooms that are listed with a sleeper sofa do not actually have a sleeper sofa. As I found out the hard way. I booked a room that "slept 6" It was supposed to be 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. When I was checking in I asked about the sofa sheets and the staff informed me that they removed the sleeper sofas and did not updated the website. So quite unfortunate

We were given the wrong room and when I went back to the front desk, I was told nothing was available. How is a family of 3 supposed to sleep in a room with 1 king bed??? It was a busy time and only one person working the desk--she was super sweet, kind and patient and I felt badly as she was overwhelmed. A manager finally called back and was able to switch us to the correct room--after about an hour at 10pm at night. The sofa bed sheets did not fit and the bathroom was clean, but dated. Not worth the money or aggravation.

The room was great! Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately the cost for a night during and event in town, the room was priced 4x's the regular rate, that's my only complaint.

the prices were way jacked, didn’t even have breakfast, i couldn’t cancel, i paid $--- for a fricken hotel room in a town of 20,000 people. messed up.
