We came on a very busy weekend for the Morgan Wallen concert, everything was clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Room clean, bed very comfortable, and separate living area was spacious. What really impressed me was Austin at the front desk- my daughter had left a beloved stuffie behind. He certainly went out of his way to look for it and found it for us. We could not be more appreciative for him! Overall, great hotel and if we ever find ourselves going to Clemson again, we will definitely be staying here.

Staff were very helpful and friendly! Lori and Austin were so helpful and really grateful for their assistance. Good distance to walk to Clemson stadium. Felt safe. No issues!

This hotel is my go too when im in clemson I love everything about this hotel especially the new upgrade the rooms looks more modern. And the service is awesome there front desk guy name Austin is the best, very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do in town and where to find the good eats, also the women that cooks the breakfast in the morning is so nice and pleasant, and helpful. I can't leave out those lady's in laundry and housekeeping they always greet you with a warm hello and a smile. (Will always stay here unless there's nothing available. )😀❤️

Staff was great and breakfast was your normal fate but everything was fresh and good. Only negative was bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. Hair on floor and in tub.

Let me start by saying the front desk staff especially Virginia was amazing. She fixed a small issue without hesitation. Our room had some water damage in the bathroom. The pool was clean and refreshing. The location was very convenient. Quiet. Breakfast was boring and the same thing every single day. It was a very nice stay

Very close to the University. Courteous staff. Clean rooms, decent breakfast and good prices, and family friendly. What else do you want? Very pleased with our stay. Not

Staff was great and very helpful. Loved the chocolate chip cookies that were put out at one point. Breakfast was decent. Gym could use a refresher. Great location for what I was looking to do.

Everything was great till my children looked out the window and saw homeless people at the pool butt naked.. we called and told the front office, all for them to go outside and throw away our small charcoal grill, and all the grilling utensils we had with it, it was all cleaned up and put away In the corner completely out of the way. They went out there and trashed all of it. We called the office to ask if they had done anything with it for them to scream at us and an say no grilling was allowed and that they threw all of our stuff in the dumpster, remind you we had done this for the past 4 days we were there, nothing was ever said, they then put a sign on the front office desk stating no grilling AFTER this incident happened, had this sign been up beforehand when we checked in, we would NOT have grilled or anything against the rules. So my husband went out to the dumpster to check if it was just sitting outside near the dumpster and sure enough there it was but he was followed but a man who cussed him out and told him he was trespassing in the dumpster and that he was NOT allowed to get our grill back, RIDICULOUS. Very unprofessional. We then waited till the next morning to speak with the manager, short little foreigner/indian guy who was also very unprofessional and unpleasant and chose to not replace the grill or even pay us back for the stuff of OURS that they threw away. Absolutely disgusting management here and they are NOT AT ALL for their customers.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough. The kids enjoyed the pool. One small thing that I didn’t like is the breakfast. The food was just ok. Although the waffles were very good.
