Closeness to restaurants for our convenience Nothing that I could think of at the moment

Rooms were clean with upscale amenities. I was disappointed breakfast was not included. If it was ai wouldn’t know how to source it. There was an ad in the elevator that seemed to suggest breakfast could be ordered, but it didn’t look like there were staff to make it happen. There might have been, but zi felt uncomfortable asking about it.

They are currently under construction so its a little confusing but once inside its wonderful. Room was spacious and clean and quiet.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. The shower/tub backed up with water. The cafe wasn’t open at night.

All the staff was super nice and cooperative! Our only problem was the room wasn’t made every day and you actually had to ask to get it serviced.

Not their fault, but there was construction underway and the parking was very limited. It would have been nice if this was disclosed before booking the room so customer could decide.

Fantastic, safe location just outside of Cleveland located near gas and food options. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, kind staff. The lock on our door took a bit to figure out how to close and lock and the toilet didn't flush completely which was why we gave this location a 4/5 stars.

The room was ok. The bathtub was peeling 😩 the toilet had urine stains on the base of the toilet. We had no access to the balcony because of construction 😑 😒. I cleaned and serviced my own room my entire stay. Not what I expected from Marriott as a Bonvoy member

This Marriot property was fine. I just wish they would upgrade their towels. They are terribly cheap and scratchy.

This hotel is exceptionally clean with helpful staff and great location. I would recommend staying here.

There is no way this room should have cost what I did x2 … a very old Marriott - not clean outside patio - the leaves from last fall were in the cushiions , no soap in bathroom , night gentlemen is not helpful acts like he’s bing bothered . Room 216 had to jiggle lock to get in . This was more like a holiday inn express .
