First room was very dirty. Floors, shower, counters. Stained sheets. Requested a different room and got a much cleaner room, but even the cleaner room I would only rate a 6 out of 10. Still had a stain on one of the pillowcases. There is a reason this motel is so much cheaper that most of the rest in the area. The bright spot was that the staff were pleasant to deal with and helpful.

staff was SOOO nice I asked for non-smoking room. I was put in a smoking room. I could have asked to be changed but by the time I checked in I just didn't care. But if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke make sure you say you want a non-smoking room. The staff was amazing and so accommodating about everything else perfect place for me getting on and off the highway can be communicated next to a bob evans. And excellent value for the price
