Decent stay, bed was comfort.

Microwave was disgusting but the rest of the room was very clean (I even inspected the mattress). Shower curtain is not water proof so it will shower the floor. Staff was friendly and helpful though. Didn’t bother mentioning the microwave when I was on site as I had decided to just eat a cold meal already (I didn’t have a plate, completely unrelated to the cleanliness)

My husband and I stayed here for a night and will definitely stay here again! I have cerebral palsy and getting a room that js truly accessible is often not the case. Willow Lodge was amazing—the room and bathroom were big enough to get my walker around in amd the shower bench and grab bars were in the best spots to get in and out and sit. The sprayer was nice. Everything was clean. Hotel was close tho shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Rooms wrre marked as accessible which was also nice. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was gross. Hair in the tub and gross brown stains on the walls.
