Very helpful staff, comfortable room, easy parking, no issues at all. Hotel feels a little outdated, but it's clear it's well-maintained. Stay was pleasant and quiet, no issues at all.

This has been the worst experience ever, the room smelled like an ashtray, and a bar. The sheets had cigarettes burnt. The bathroom was awful and the toilet had stains. The customer service was null, my husband and I didn't even know where to get ice or anything.

Nothing good in this hotel, there was bed bugs on the beds, the bathtub was clogged.

It was adequate for our needs for a one night stay. I was impressed there was a refrigerator & microwave in room. Breakfast was not included. Easy to find. Near the interstate, but quiet. Restaurants near by.

There is a general musty, smoker leftover smell in the building and room. The bathroom door would not close at all. The door and door frame overlap by at least an eighth of an inch. No forcing that door shut. The air conditioner kept erroring out and could not get the temperature in the room below 78° f. After restarting the air conditioner every hour for about 5 hours overnight it started to work a little bit better by early morning.

Unfortunately, I can’t honestly say there was anything I liked because we never got the opportunity to stay. The only positive was that the front desk employee did offer another room after we discussed the condition of the first one, but after what we experienced, I no longer felt comfortable staying at the property with my children. The room was completely unhygienic. As soon as we entered, there appeared to be what looked like a bodily fluid stain on the floor. When my daughter pulled back the blanket on the supposedly freshly made bed, a French fry fell out from inside the bed. There was also hair in the sink and the bathtub had clearly not been cleaned. We immediately notified the front desk before using the room. Although another room was offered, I declined because I no longer trusted the cleanliness of the property. The employee instructed me to request a refund through Booking.com, but when Booking.com contacted the hotel, the hotel refused to authorize a refund even though we never stayed there. Instead, we spent hours of our vacation driving around looking for another hotel and ultimately had to pay for different accommodations. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and refusing to refund guests who never stayed demonstrates a complete lack of accountability.

The facility and room were clean. Nothing fancy, but good price.

Location was great and thats about all the good I can say about this place . Dirty , rundown, people obviously living there and stinks

the washer was down.But they let me wash my clothes in their big laundry machine the ice cube machine was broken at the time. I did see them trying to fix it. They said they were waiting on a part. It's a nice normal hotel. And you get what you pay for

I had a wonderful time for my birthday, both rooms were great !! Thanks again and I will be back

You can tell that this property is a family business. It just makes you feel like you feel welcome. Nice comfortable beds and clean room. Will continue to come back.

The staff was great and for the price it was great I had to b in Cleveland clinic for surgery and I was only 10 min away whi h was wonderful and im planning on staying again in 3 weeks for my second surgery

Peaceful place to stay, and very convenient location!

Would not recommend this hotel. Room was dirty. There was hair on a towel, hair in the shower, and when we closed the door in the bathroom, there was a literal wad of hair hanging from a hinge. Disgusting. Decided NOT to shower. Overall, the property lacks upkeep and looks very dingy. They really need to invest a lot more time and money into their property. Would not stay here again.
