Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Airport

The staff was very nice! There were stains on the walls and on the shades when we put them down. We stayed on the 2nd floor and our bathtub had a very concerning resealed HOLE and at first glance it looked dirty but it was a poorly finished resealing job. The pool is not well maintained, which is also very unfortunate.

There was a HORRIBLE smell in the hotel. The hotel management knew about it and didn’t do anything about it. Their response was basically - live with it. We won’t go back.

The lobby staff were very helpful and communicated well. The cleanliness of entry, elevator and my room was notable.

Room was clean. Mattress worn on one side but still better than some hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle van was wonderful and drivers were great. Food at restaurant was a little pricey but good. Pool was nice but wish hot tub jets worked better. Would stay again

Out of power when we arrived. Only the lights were working, no AC. I couldn’t imagine Hilton didn’t have a generator… we were informed when we arrived (midnight), we either deal with it or find other places. Other places are 600 per night or completely booked. Come on Hilton you can do better

Good location, clean hotel, Betty comfortable beds. Only downside is you have to pay for breakfast buffet.

Windows shade was broken, toilet paper in a very inconvenient place

The courteous and helpful staff along with the cleanliness of the staff. The bartender,Jeanette, was the best and friendliest bartender I have ever experienced.

We love staying here. Unfortunately both times we have stayed the elevator was not working. Our shower floor was also severely damaged

The room was clean and comfortable, but the toilet kept running. In addition, the person who check us in did not discuss that there were 2 free waters in the fridge. She also said nothing about the breakfast. I then saw the next morning there was a $18 cost. One elevator was out of service and the other seemed like it would be out of service soon.

Top notch from start to finish, Front desk made everything seem easy and the staff during the stay were professional and attentive. Going back in Nov. for Browns game. Can not wait!
