Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Airport

So nice and clean, but weird that the shower had no shelf for my razor, etc. Paying for a nice property, I wish there was at least a continental breakfast.

The bathtub was starting to rust at the bottom.

Water pressure in shower was perfect.

Hotel was delightful: smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked in and the lobby has many nice inviting areas to gather. Room was clean and had a fridge and a microwave. Would definitely recommend - especially over many of the other hotels in nearby North Olmsted

Staff was friendly and available at all times. Rooms were equipped, cleaned and spacious. Love the personalization and care, and the perks of being a member of Hilton Honors. Definitely would be back. Thank you

Great place wonderful people and excellent experience

Our stay was ok didn’t feel very welcomed upon arrival. Room had a bad smell fridge didn’t work and sink was clogged so washing hands and brushing teeth was a bit annoying. Other than that our stay was fine.

The room was clean and staff was pleasant. I thought the breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but otherwise nice stay.

The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry. It would’ve been better business to at least provide some sort of comp for the issues. Also coffee was out on second day at front where guests scrambling to get bar to refill it. The hotel was updated and cleaned just not my room on second day.

The time I called for my shuttle, Louise pick me up 10 minutes later. The staff was completely courteous. My room was fresh clean the bed was nice. I overslept and Muhammad at the desk turn the shuttle around to get me and because of that I did not miss my flight! They went above and beyond!

Clean room and friendly staff. Ate at the onsite restaurant; we had the short ribs that were phenomenal, so unexpected! Close to the airport for vacation.

The staff were a joy to chat with when getting my room sorted out. The lobby is clean and friendly looking, with a cute bar and plenty of hangout areas. The gym is also good and has a surprising amount of equipment for a mid tier hotel such as cable machine, kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, etc. Good quick stay next to the airport due to a cancellation.
