The time I called for my shuttle, Louise pick me up 10 minutes later. The staff was completely courteous. My room was fresh clean the bed was nice. I overslept and Muhammad at the desk turn the shuttle around to get me and because of that I did not miss my flight! They went above and beyond!

Clean room and friendly staff. Ate at the onsite restaurant; we had the short ribs that were phenomenal, so unexpected! Close to the airport for vacation.

The staff were a joy to chat with when getting my room sorted out. The lobby is clean and friendly looking, with a cute bar and plenty of hangout areas. The gym is also good and has a surprising amount of equipment for a mid tier hotel such as cable machine, kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, etc. Good quick stay next to the airport due to a cancellation.

Hotel was fine, but breakfast was expensive. You should include breakfast in the rate. Otherwas hotel was fine.

I liked that the location is good, close to major highways, I80. 480, 71. Very easy to get to City from this hotel. Due to an event in the City it was overpriced, which was not nice.

The breakfast is a little pricey. We bought breakfast to bring to the hotel. I saw other people doing the same. $18 per person is too much

Room had a rusted tub and the paint was chipped off inside the tub big spots were missing couldn’t tell if it was clean or not
