Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

Good location Find the cockroach crawling on the floor. My husband walked barefooted on the floor. He sat on the bed. I looked at his feet they were black. The floors were not mopped. The bed was very squeaky every time you sit on the bed it was a loud noise.

This is my second time staying with Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West and let me tell ya, my expectations were exceeded once again. My first stay was back in January of this year. I didn't think much into my booking process, I wasn't looking for anything fancy. Just needed a place to crash near the airport (we had a very early flight if ya know what I mean, lol) Upon checking in, the nice gentleman at the front desk informed me that they provide shuttle service! Oh was I tickled. My flight was at 5am and this team of hard-working hospitality professionals were willing to drive us to the airport before the crack of dawn! I decided to book again in the next time I had a flight in Cleveland (of course) and the same gentleman that drove me to the airport before greeted me. He provided such excellent service that I remember him by name, I believe his name was Preet. Preet's greeting is just what my friend and I needed after a long 13 hour-drive. Knowing that we were in such great hands at the Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West, we both had the best night's sleep we'd had in a long time. Thank you Ramada, you'll be seeing me again <3 Extend the times of the continental breakfast!

The customer care and especially Tom was very professional.

I couldn’t wait to leave Staff no help just didn’t care . Had to switch rooms toilet was clogged had to call to get a plunger in middle of night . Very dirty and lots of crazy people outside pounding and walking by windows all night def not a safe place

The bed was comfortable, and that was the only thing Parties and noise all night right outside. My window staff very unpleasant shady clientele

I checked in very late. After i arrived no one was at the desk.but there was a staff will return note in 20 minutes. I waited an hour and a half and the only way the staff came out after ringing the bell other people ringing the bell. I called& they came.

I pointed out to the manager that there is something broken in the support of the mattress in room 108. He told me he was aware of it and that they all made sound that way. I told him this was different and it needed to be looked at because it made a loud popping sound anytime you turn from side to side and woke us up many times during the night. One other complaint is that there is no cable in the room on the tvs. You get about five local stations and that is it. I tried streaming on the TV without success so I'm not sure whether they were able to stream. A loud bed frame that popped every time you turned.

Exceptional

Not worth the lower price. Staff werent helpful. Room was adequate but in need of repairs. Would not stay here again.

The property should be considered an embarrassment to the Ramada brand, it was awful. Looked like a facility rented by the hour

Rooms were clean. Bed was super comfy and soft. Not extra firm like most hotels. Staff were wonderful. Only 1 night here for early flight. Quiet hotel. Got a good rest. Foods options were about 2 miles away. Would stay here again. Price was pretty decent.

Good

The rooms were dirty with cockroaches, filthy floors, paint peeling, and stained furniture. The bed and sheets were fine except the bedframe was broken and very noisy. There was spit on the wall. The walls were thin, so it was noisy also.

Bad

The bed we slept in was comfortable. We did not expect for the rooms to be so run down. Our room when you first walk in had a musty and unpleasant smell, and whomever stayed up on the top floor were very noisy seemed children were running back and forth in their rooms, so it was a little annoying when you are trying to get some sleep.
