Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

Desk chair was broken, there was no shower curtain. No extra lock (flip bar) on door, it was broken off. Door was patched where it was kicked in. Baseboards were dirty, and the floor wasn’t clean (had to keep my socks on). I was afraid to pull back the sheet, I slept in my clothes on top of the blanket. Upon checkout, staff commented that “at least the drug addicts and prostitutes aren’t hanging around anymore.” Definitely would not recommend.

I would not suggest this place. When I went to checkin there was no one at the desk. I had another person trying to get into my room saying the checkin gave them the room. Bed was terrible. It was a mattress on top of springs.

Absolutely awful. Steer clear!

Towels were dirty and it’s just felt like ick being in my room. Happy it was only for the one night.

The room was clean and the ac works very nicely.

I guess this place is ok for the money, but it truly needs a facelift. The carpet needs a good cleaning now. Oh, you can see daylight around the door frame.

The property would not allow me to change rooms,the sink in room and refrigerator was broken, looked like the walls needed to be painted, The pool was closed off in a 90 degree day,

This is not a hotel…it’s a Motel! Very outdated and dirty! The tub, shower and sink were dirty! The room had a very strange odor, the air conditioner was very loud, the bed was uncomfortable and squeekes every time we moved!! Certain channels on the tv had a glitch, and our tv wasn’t even working when we got there…we did call and the staff was more than happy to come and get the tv going. The only good thing about this Motel is the staff. We also felt unsafe, we only booked this room because all the other hotels were booked. I give this motel a 0 out of 10!

It is an ok hotel for the night. Not a long stay. It needs maintenance. For some reason it didn't give me a sense of security.

Good place to stay

Room was clean and staff was quick to help when I couldn’t figure out the tv.

The cost of the room was approximately $110 for one night . The room that I had booked was not cleaned regarding the sink and the bathtub area. Oh It was not cleaned by the cleaning staff. The beds was made up in very good condition, but the bottom leg of one of the double bed was not sturdy to the point it could’ve broke the bed frame. The hotel staff is not taking good details of the bedroom furniture if something needs to be replaced. Also, the pop machine was not plugged up on the second floor. It was unplugged which this is not a good amenity if you’re trying to provide services for snacks and pop for people traveling from places to stay at your hotel Also the hallway going to the second floor had a terrible odor and it didn’t smell fresh. Staff was very friendly and nice. But I would not stay at this hotel ever again due to the cleanliness of the room.

Staff was nice

My daughter and I had to stay over night in Cleveland just to get some shut eye before we hit the road again because we had been driving for hours and I wish I had just paid a little more and stayed up the road. The beds had thin sheet metal under them and every time the bed was touched you could hear metal popping, and they were super hard and uncomfortable. Not to mention a neighboring room of kids had a super loud party until the early hours of the morning, so we got no rest.

Over all Great experience!

Front desk staff was very helpful ,shuttle to and from airport was very helpful.Service was ontime .
