Hampton Inn North Olmsted Cleveland Airport

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, the carpets were filthy, and the washroom had visible mold. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were well below acceptable standards. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited food options. Overall, my experience was average at best, and I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, service, and the breakfast offerings.

My mom is diabetic and needed to be able to place her insulin somewhere cool and booked under the expectation we had a fridge. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Nice place to stay. Only complaint is the price.

The room was exactly what we expected, breakfast was what you anticipated a Hampton Inn would provide. Location was what we wanted! A positive experience, no sad surprises :)

The staff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was great when we were talking with our driver on the shuttle that they make sure to do teamwork. Loved hearing that. Makes it a successfully run hotel.

Comfortable, clean, great service, friendly staff. Wished it had a hot tub.

Didn't have housekeeping unless requested though. The Elevator was making noise needed service..

The front desk attendant, Nicole. She was super sweet and accommodating. The smell in the rooms. The one we were given, smelled like a wet dog. We moved to a different room and it wasn’t as bad, but still had an odor.

It's really very good. we were extremely satisfied, just wish we could spend more time there.

Our room was really clean, the staff was accommodating and pleasant, and the breakfast was great! The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken, the shower faucet was hard to turn, and we could have used another chair in the room. The toilet plugged, but the head housekeeper unplugged it for us. It just seemed like they needed more maintenance help. Oh, the rug in the breakfast area was coming loose.

Desk clerk was very helpful and supplied extra pillows when requested. Room quiet and comfortable. The TV channel guide was missing and I did not receive my wake-up call, but I had set my alarm on my phone just in case. Shuttle was great!

Ideal place for safe and easy access to car rental return and the airport. Nice breakfast, too.

The bed was comfortable, liked pool hours, and check out is 12 which is nice. Also Quiet. The hot breakfast offerings. Potatoes were fine. Kielbasa & some sort of pancake or biscuit egg bake that wasnt good. We came right at 6 too. Preferred scrambled, sausage, and or bacon. With potatoes. Quality standards.

The breakfast was as expected. There are no gluten-free pastry or bread options. The shuttle bus broke down and we had to get Lyft service last minute, which caused a delay getting to the airport.

Checked into the room and it was 73 degrees, turned on the AC and 10 minutes later it was 76 degrees. One side of sliding barn door fell off the upper roller. Wife called the front desk and they said we're sending someone up to check the AC. They showed up and turned the thermostat off and on and nothing happened. After a few minutes nothing was fixed and we had to get moved to another room.. Not a good first impression
