Hampton Inn North Olmsted Cleveland Airport

After 6 days the breakfast was boring. I wish there was a way to get fresh air into the room. The staff was very helpful.

The curtains didn’t keep out the light very well, so if you’re sensitive to light, the room was clean staff was friendly

Nice property! Pool was nice and outdoor patio! Breakfast was adequate with lots of options. Room bathroom had flies. Annoying but not bothersome.

I’ve stayed a lot of Hampton Inn. It’s the first time I’ve been treated like this.

Clean quiet place to stay. Extremely accommodating staff. Shuttle service to and from CLE was particularly helpful.

Hotel was run down, the staff was not friendly at all. We were not greeted, the staff made us feel like we were a bother to them. I will never stay at that hotel again.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were varied and easily accessible, and the breakfast area was pleasant with sufficient tables for singles or groups. The staff were kind and helpful.

I have always stayed at Hampton Inn’s and use to brag about how clean they are. I certainly don’t feel that way after our last stay. Our last will probably be our last.

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, the carpets were filthy, and the washroom had visible mold. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were well below acceptable standards. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited food options. Overall, my experience was average at best, and I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, service, and the breakfast offerings.

My mom is diabetic and needed to be able to place her insulin somewhere cool and booked under the expectation we had a fridge. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The room was exactly what we expected, breakfast was what you anticipated a Hampton Inn would provide. Location was what we wanted! A positive experience, no sad surprises :)

Location was good. Breakfast was awful. Both days. Need to work on breakfast choices with flavor. For the cost to stay there the breakfast should be better quality. Breakfast was awful both days. Walks seem thin. A lot of noise from floor above could be heard.

The staff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was great when we were talking with our driver on the shuttle that they make sure to do teamwork. Loved hearing that. Makes it a successfully run hotel.
