Room appeared clean enough. Awoke covered in bites and found bed bugs.

The house smelled, the carpet in the room was absolutely disgustingly, dirty, dirty tissues on the side of the dresser. Bathroom sink full of water only to lift out the drain and dig out the most disgusting black debris that had been rotting in there for quite a long time. Hairs in the drawer.

Had bed bugs and have bits all over my body waiting on a respond from them .. due to I was thrown out with no reason why and no kind of compensation

Room had someone else's clothes that they had forgotten in a drawer and some more behind the door. The beds were covered with some kind of plastic material. Super annoying crinkled all night.

Convenient location for our needs, which were an overnight stay near North Ridgeville with the ability to cook for ourselves. Near the Rocky River Reservation and Great Northern Mall, which was an added bonus. Staff were kind; facilities were dated and not super clean. Just okay.

It was ok for a one night stay near the airport. Nothing to write home about. But nothing bad to report, either. Although I felt like I needed a legal firm and 2 weeks to review the check-in form.

Nothing When I arrived I spent 20 min or more in the counter because they requested room payment when I made the payment through booking. Com. Honestly after that I won’t use the app anymore . The receptionist said you need to pay and showed your receipt

Our first room smelled horribly of urine. We were switched to another room that smelled better but was severely in need of some renovating. Chipped counter tops, musty smell, stained towels, etc. There is also plastic on the beds which made for a noisy night’s sleep!

Bed in a bag was not acceptable. No ice in hotel very strange. Will not stay again.

When we requested clean towels, staff told us they were out of towels and suggested that we use the towels we already had, wash them ourselves, and bring them back. I have never experienced anything like that at any hotel or rental. The room was filthy and had a strong odor that smelled like animal waste. The sheets had yellow stains, and we found what appeared to be mouse droppings. There were also cigarette butts and weeds around the property, showing a complete lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The bedding was uncomfortable, and there appeared to be animal hair or padding under the sheets. We could barely sleep during our stay. The environment felt unsafe and extremely noisy. People were hanging out in the hallways late at night, talking loudly, arguing, and fighting. The noise continued throughout our stay. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern when issues were brought to their attention. This property is not clean, not safe, and not suitable for a comfortable night’s sleep. I would not recommend staying here and would never return.

The exterior looks clean but when we walked into the room there was a bad smell. I am not sure if other rooms smelled like this but I even woke up from sleep and was hit with the bad smell.
