Our little family came for a short trip visiting family . We didn’t get to access the pool due to us being so tired from running around . But the staff was really friendly and nice . Breakfast was ok eggs had seasoning on them. We just wish the beds was a lot bigger other than that it was ok for a short stay !!!

Not well maintained place, Ice vending machine was broken, bathrooms were looking like too old and need immediate maintenance.

It’s hard to believe that this hotel has the rating it does. It was poorly maintained and managed. Late check in because room wasn’t ready, when it was ready it was filthy. The shower drains did not drain so we had to stand in a backed up pile of water. Random doors had knobs broken off, hallway floors were dirty with dog poop in the middle of them. The bed and mattress looked like they just were picked up randomly. Same with the pillows. The lobby smelled like weed. With it being a holiday weekend we couldn’t find another room close enough to the sporting event we were at so we couldn’t move or we would have. Truly, truly terrible. I would never stay here again and would suggest others ofind somewhere else to stay in the area.

Convenient but run down, showers with stains.

I stayed in the deluxe suite and it was an absolute waste of money paying for the extra space. The secondary room quite literally looked like it was used for bachelor parties in the most disgusting way possible. I wouldnt even set my bags down on the couch it looked so bad.

There was a pimple patch in my shower my sister had shot on her bed sheets. The pool was discolored and gross. Terrible

The atmosphere inside was dank and humid. Whole place was showing its age. Room was not good. The shower/tub was rotted out and unusable. Would not recommend staying here.

No tp in room lol beds updated beds n couch seem pretty wore out

They cancelled two of my three reservations. I booked rooms for my self and two of my kids. We checked in a day earlier and when I went to check in for the kids rooms, they said they cancelled the rooms because my card was declined. The same card I used on my room the day before. The same card I had used successfully for two small transactions earlier in the day. BS. Then they said it was because there was no phone number on the reservation. Even though I had given them my number the day before. Beware of this property if you reserve more than one room.

Good value for the price

Room had a dirty pillowcase and a moldy shower. We had a late night arrival and were able to check in rather quickly, but no coffee in lobby after 9 AM. Property was in fair shape and all in all it was a decent day for the price.

Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers in the lobby/breakfast area with guests present. Have stayed at other la quintas and this does not meet the expectations. Was more of a janky old truck stop.

Beds are super uncomfortable. Elevators really slow and stops on 2nd floor every time you go up or down. Room obviously wasn’t thoroughly cleaned as someone’s clothes were still in the closet when we arrived. Do better!

It was good price value proposition wise.

Rooms were pretty clean. Small refrigerator in room did not work. TV had sound but no picture. Breakfast was okay, had scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, and cereal. Pool was closed the first day of our stay. The stay was pleasant and great for the price. The issue came after the stay. 2 days after we checked out, was charged $300. No receipt, no email or call. Attempted to call hotel directly and after 15 minutes of trying to explain to ai that wanted to talk to a real person, was transferred to billing/reservations. Lady could not help me, says could not find reservation or record of my stay. Kept telling me to call Expedia being that is where I booked and rudely hung up the phone. Called Expedia, very helpful. They tried contacting hotel and could not get a response, they emailed the hotel to try and get a response. Overall was on phone for over an hour. The $300 charge for unknown reason has been processed. Nothing Expedia did wrong, but very shady from the hotel to charge account and are not able to be reached for any explanation. Absolutely terrible customer service!!

The bathroom didn’t have a vent so the room heated up from showers. The elevator was very slow and always stopped on the second floor which made it take longer. Parking was nearly full every evening but we managed to find a spot off in the corner thankfully. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, eggs, sausage links, toast, bagels, cereals, milk, orange juice, and coffee. The kids loved the pool, it wasn’t heated but wasn’t too bad the day we had time to go in. The hot tub was roped off. We personally wouldn’t visit again but it’s a decent budget friendly option.
