This property was okay. In all honesty there was nothing special about this hotel. Was it clean? yeah, it was okay, Could it have been updated? YES!!, There eas ranom holes in the walls and ceilings. The pool was nice, it was on the smaller size. I was a little upset the hot tub was down, because that was a reason why I booked. The room was okay...it was clean, but not to the highest standers. I was what it needed to be for the 2 days I was there. Location wise I loved where it was. Staff was nice.

Other than that I would probably give the hotel as a whole a 3.2/10

The breakfast had a good variety and the area was very clean. The pool was a nice feature, and was busy each night. The hallway noise was amplified by the gap under the front door. It was so loud, it awakened my senior mother both nights, and the second night I needed to use white noise on my phone. There was not any designated handicapped parking. The HVAC wall unit desperately needs a cleaning. One light bulb out in the room. All lights were too bright, we had to move the desk light into the bathroom for my mom. The LED's are just too bright. Hot tub was closed indefinitely, and this was not noted online.

Hotel was good, you can tell it was an older building but they've made updates so it's a good option. Only issue I had was a leak in the ceiling overnight during a rainstorm but it stopped. It

We received a piece of paper with the room keys, instead of the regular envelope. That paper had personal information of previous guests. I have pictures to proof the complaint and the privacy violation.

Requested and granted late checkout due to delayed flight that caused us to get to hotel at 3am. At 1120am said we needed to be out in 10 minutes or they’d chafe $25 fee. There was a fight on 5th floor and Police were called. Place was dirty and mildewy. Won’t return.

It was the cheapest in the area at the time of our stay… I now understand why. The AC worked. We stayed in a 2 double beds room. It was severely outdated, reeked of mildew, the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. We came back late after a Guardian’s game and even with the AC going while we were gone the room was very humid, to the point that the bedding felt wet. While we’re on the topic of bedding, it might as well have just been flipped upside down instead swapped for a clean set. Stains set in to the fabric, old or not I couldn’t tell, needless to say I bundled up and slept on top of the bedding provided. The bathtub was rusted with paint chipping off of it, basically something straight out of silent hill. I wouldn’t be surprised if a disinfectant hadn’t touched that room in a minute, let alone a proper rug cleaner. Luckily for me and my heebie-jeebies we were only there for a solid 6 hours total before heading to the airport early in the morning.

Breakfast was ok. Beds were fine bathrooms had moldy caulk around bathtub, shower leaked around shower head. For 200 dollars per night it was a colossal mistake. We had 4 rooms and we all experienced negative maintenance issues.

Hotel staff rude Waited at desk for 15 minutes just to get a key redone. Didn't get an apology, had to request one. Hotel shuttle runs on banker hours when flights leave earlier. Hot tub broken. No soap or extra toilet paper Shall I go on...
