The room was clean, but one light over the bed was missing. There was no stopper in the bathtub, the body wash bottle was empty, the sink did not hold water for shaving, and one of the towels was dirty. After calling the front desk, we received clean towels and a new bottle of bodywash. The free breakfast was acceptable, and the staff was very nice, but frequently there was no one at the front desk and no bell or other way to call for assistance. The room phone did not work at all, had to call the desk from my cellphone, The motel is in a safe and accessible location, and the rates were reasonable.

The bed was made with clean linen.

Little things like inadequate water pressure in the shower made showering a little annoying. This was not a low flow shower-head thing. The battery cover on the remote control was missing and replaced with electrical tape. After some fiddling I could not get it to function, thus I was unable to turn on the tv as the tv had no physical buttons. As I was getting ready in the morning I could hear a man in the hall complaining to a manager about his room. He was especially perturbed as he had already changed rooms because he had found his first room shower wouldn’t drain. Stay here because this is the best you can afford, not because you’re looking for a reasonable rate on a decent hotel because this isn’t it.

Breakfast average, scrambled eggs good. Older building. Location is good. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Very old and outdated. Had to b the worst bathtub I’ve seen in a hotel. Needed replaced years ago. Mattresses were old and needed replaced also. Air conditioner was raggedy and broke. Don’t stay here

The property appeared surface clean. The room had a damp smell. The bathroom tub had mold and mildew stains. I requested another room and none were available. I did not stay at this hotel and was very displeased.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were so filthy that we asked for a refund and left. We arrived late (around 11:30pm) on a Wednesday night and the hotel also felt unsafe. The lobby smelled strongly of marijuana, there were scantily clad people wandering barefoot throughout the first floor, and when we got off the elevator on the second floor there was a room with the door kicked in.

Very rundown property. Water coming up from the tiles of my bathroom, 0 response from staff. Many things broken, 1 elevator working and slow, ice machine broken on 1st and 3rd floor, lights in hallway not working, shuttle doesn't start running till 930am so if you have a flight prior the shuttle isn't helpful, holes in ceiling, couch and mattress disgusting. Recommend you find another property.

I didn’t like anything. I would ask for a refund, but I would probably be hassled!! You know after I saw the pool and that is a primary amenity and the flooring around the pool was nothing but dirt and the pool. I wouldn’t have put my kid in there. There was so much chlorine and it stunk the pool area. I was very disappointed.

The room was very clean. Bathroom had a very stained shower curtain with old mildew around tub. No towel racks, no tissue holder. Room has no closets, a small wooden cabinet with small hanging area. Towels were so rough that they felt like sand paper. Said they would replace towels after 3 days, stayed 5 nights had NO new towels. Had booked on line with no cancellation so had to stay. Cannot recommend.

The breakfast was good. The front desk was helpful at check in. The toilet made a weird noise, the ac was noisy, the bath tub sounded like we were going to break through it and there was drywall missing at the corner of a wall and mold around the bath tub.

Location was very good. Easy access to everything you need. Room could use improvement. Tub was old and dirty. Room was generally clean but very old and worn. Acceptable for a short stay. Wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple days there.

It’s ok

Just traveled 15 hours to destination me and the wife and the baby got into the room. There was garbage laying all over the floor. The beds were messy as if no one cleaned it but checked it cleaned. Went downstairs worker at the desk was outside smoking cigarettes with strangers for like 10 minutes. While I patiently waited inside, she came in and didn't really want to offer me. Another room said that housekeeping could take care of it. I asked her if I could just have another room because we were tired and wanted to go to bed and had to get up early and leave so she did. But she said that she didn't want to hear from us again or she would be contacting her manager. And we're like what the heck did we do. I don't remember her name. It was a young girl working at the front desk. Room rate was also 100 , then when I arrived thank God I had 50 on my card that they took for a damage deposit on arrival stating I would return it in 5 to 10 days which was okay. Don't think i would recommend this place
