Suite is acceptable, have a kitchen

1. I had to request and pick up at the front desk pots pans dishes etc..... they were not in the room when i arrived. 2. I had the AC going pretty good before i went to bed and when i climbed in i was greeted with a crackling noise and very cold bed. The mattress had been enclosed in a very heavy duty plastic bag and was very cold and the sheets was very thin and was a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. Apparently the bag was for the prevention of bed bugs! I ended up going to the Wallmart across the street the next day and bought a mattress pad to put over the bag and that was a huge improvement. here is what google has to say about them: Bed bug encasements are specialized, 6-sided protective covers that completely zip around a mattress or box spring, creating a sealed physical barrier. They trap existing bugs and eggs inside so they eventually die, while also preventing new bugs from hiding in the bed's crevices.

There was dust and crud in every corner of the room. The recliner in the room had an obvious stab hole in the seat. One outlet had burn marks. Half the other outlets didn’t work. Carpet was covered in stains. Couch bed sheets weren’t changed.

Bathroom reeked of urine. Hairs on the toilet seat upon arrival. Floor has a huge dop in it that I kept tripping over.Kitchen has a musty odor.

This hotel needs a complete update. The facility is clean enough but looks bad due to how aged the facility is. The room is either insanely cold or hot, no in between. No trash can anywhere in the entire room. And we found a bug in the bed. Since it was pretty late when we arrived we slept on the bed covers and just made it through the night till 5 am when we left. If I had been staying longer I would have asked for a different room, but the likelihood is that there’s probably bugs elsewhere too. I will not stay at the location in the future.

I enjoyed the stay for an emergency stay and they were really helpful when I went to check out early. I would recommend just based on their kindness alone.

Large spacious room with kitchenette.

Very clean room. The staff was 100 percent! The kitchen area was fantastic even extra special to be able to get a coffee maker with coffee filters. I would of liked more of an assortment of items with the breakfast buffet daily and individual coffee creamers not only at breakfast time but be able to get the whole day. Otherwise it was a good couple of days staying there!

I had a room with a couch and full kitchen. The beds are noisy with the plastic protection. I hate that.

Bad

Room was good, everything seemed to be clean besides the towels in the bathroom, had little black hairs and I’m not sure if a rag had red stain on it but I enjoyed my stay!

This hotel was awful the room smelled bad the sink was stopped up it had roaches crawling around when I complained about this situation the manager was really rude and nasty I do not recommend the hotel at all there was one staff that was nice that was the young lady that works in the day time she was real respectful and helpful that manager was a real character

It was close to the mall. The staff did not help me when the room that I stayed in did not have the amount of beds that the booking website said the room would have.

Pleasant

This place needs to be shut down. The hotel smelled like skunk. It was dirty. My room had stuff all over the wall.. it’s outdated and had musty carpet. Close this place now.

Furniture was broken down. This place did have several good restaurants nearby
