Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland North Olmsted Airport

Would not recommend this hotel.

It was a good stay with no issues. It was a great price for what was there.

The room we got appeared far brighter and modern (photos on Expedia) than reality. Now I know and I would never book a Sonesta property again.

It was a nice place to stay

The hotel was in a convenient location and at a reasonable price. However, it could definitely use a refresh. The room and common areas were in less than desirable condition and cleanliness overall. I would likely opt to stay elsewhere next time I am in the area.

Very good

The staff was amazing, the hotel location is near many places to eat. Only thing that I didn't like was the odor in the room. Other than that great stay

Hotel lobby, entrance, hallways, and elevators are worn and filthy!

Roaches

The front door is quite small and requires a 90 degree turn with luggage cart. No ability to pull up in front to unload. Room was a good value for the price even with no breakfast included.

Be very careful regarding your deposit at this hotel. They will charge you twice upon check-out without informing you. When I asked for an explanation, they gave me no response.

Good hotel for the rates.

Easy to navigate to, the surrounding areas had plenty of access to food, shopping or other errands. The shower curtain wasn’t hung in the bathroom rather than left on the counter, but the room & facilities, including the kitchenette were very well cleaned otherwise.

Very good

The employee was not there to check customers in. I had to move to a different hotel.

I could not check in hotel because the clerk left at 11pm and Expedia was no help. Expedia and the hotel is blaming each other about my refund. So if your flight comes in after 10p you can forget it. No after hours support and have the nerve to claim no refunds. Horrible experience I was cold and tired and stayed outside the hotel 12p-2am trying to reach after hours.

Very safe location. Helpful friendly staff
