Everything was great

Perfect!!!

Good easy stay, with a full kitchen.

Property was very clean, staff was helpful. Room was actually much larger than we thought.

This hotel was fine in terms of a bed to sleep in, but the room was not very clean or well maintained. Additionally, the hallways smelled like smoke. Also, the main entrance door was shattered.

Staff was nice and helpful.

It was ok, I liked it had a fridge and a stone counter top, with a few cooking kitchen utensils, silverware, cups, bowls, glasses and plates.

We checked in late and were out early so did not see much. Room was very clean so cannot complain at all.

Kitchen great

The room was clean, quite a spacious and recently updated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The rest of the property was pretty rundown. Only 1 elevator worked and there was no ice maker, except in the rooms (which required you (1) to know that fact beforehand and (2) make ice the night before). Overall, Sonesta was fine for an overnight stay.

My room was near the elevator and ALL NIGHT LONG I could hear the up and down movement of in the elevator shaft and the room would loudly vibrate. The other elevator was broken so everyone was coming to my hallway. I barely slept and just left early. No apology from front desk. It would be impossible for them to not know how loud the elevator is, as it would be obvious to cleaning staff, but they are still assigning those rooms. Also, this was a suite with a kitchenette, but not even a coffee mug supplied.

While the rooms were adequate for our immediate emergency need, they are in need of updating.

I was put in a smoking room despite the front desk telling me their rooms are all non-smoking. The sheets were dirty. Quite dirty overall.

Plenty of restaurants nearby and also near the mall for shopping. I would stay here again!

Room was decent. There was an odd scent and someone’s vape in the restroom drawer. When we checked in, the lobby area smelled like pure weed. As well, the front desk receptionist seemed a bit bothered to pause her gossip infused conversation with a guest to check us in. Otherwise, convenient location and room layout was nice.

The only thing wrong was air-conditioning putting off a bad mildew sent threw out the vents, the main AC units need to checked

Rooms are clean and new. Hallway carpet is stained worn and dirty. Good stay for 1 night. Staff is friendly knowledgeable

Sonesta Simply Suites, North Olmsted is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are large, the kitchen area is very useful and convenient. The bathroom is large and well stcked with fresh white towels. The Sleeping area is very comfortable. This place is very convenient to shopping, and recreation parks.

Staying last minute because of a hospital stay for my daughter. I was very pleased and impressed. Thank you!

Clean room but next to evelevator was noisy and didn't have a spatula in the room but other then that it was a great room
