We checked into our and we were told the pool and hotub were down. The whole building is under renovation. The room we booked and paid for was not available. They only had double bed rooms available which is cheaper room. They gave us a "complimentary" breakfast instead for our more expensive room offset.Wecame down for breakfast at 9:30 to be told that it was already over. We have never had these issues with this particular hotel. Hopefully a one time issue.

I rate the hotel as fair. There were spots on the carpet, which I covered with towels. There was no complimentary breakfast. I am a senior and became confused about the door key. The staff could have been more attentive and alert to assist me in clearing the confusion.

This location is 21 to check in. There is no age verification to book a room so if you do not check every policy drop tab before booking you will be fat out of 130 bucks because there was no visible warning unless you went looking for it. The only other spot that lists a 21 requirement is after you book a room and give them your card info and go to check in requirements.

This was my second time staying there very friendly very nice the amenities were nice the room was nice no complaints

Satisfactory, spent less than 10 hours at the property and wouldn’t have wanted to spend much longer than that. Room was clean but very dated and worn. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall it served its purpose and was a fine value for the money.

There were several maintenance issues during our 2 night stay. There was no air conditioning in the hallways and elevators. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. The keypad for re-entry from the outside pet area was gone so the door had to be propped open with a rock. The computer system was down during check-in and we were sent to an occupied room. We had to go to the desk to get towels and toilet paper because the room was not sufficiently stocked. The staff was friendly but obviously dealing with numerous issues property-wide. Not what I expected from Hilton.

Be aware that breakfast is now via a menu at an extra cost that you can charge to your room. The carpet tiles in the elevator were apparently loose and coming up… so maintenance (?) apparently that staples were an appropriate fix. Not a standard I’m used to seeing at a Hilton property.

Lots of key issues with our rooms
-
No coffee pods.. just tea pods Power issue made it difficult for front desk staff.. when this occurs, more staff on front desk is needed as the line was 6 people deep.. ** food from restaurant, dinner was delicious and food service was amazing..

The cafe was excellent food

The hotel is somewhat difficult to find, partly due to road construction but also due to poor signage. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the furniture was worn. The shower water pressure was great! We would stay there again because of its convenient location but it is certainly the best motel we have stayed at.

The whole stay

I was bit by bed bugs. They really need to heat treat the property.
-
We got there and they were sold out Told us that we didn't have a reservation for the night 2nd hotel through this application that screwed up Every Thing from desk clerk to the manager
-
All was fine. Quick and friendly check in

We enjoyed our stay in Mayfield. The hotel was fantastic for the price. Only downside is that most of the equipment in the workout facility didn’t work.
-
terrible rooms
-
Part of the pool was under construction.
-
Nothing The amenities I required were out of order, such as hot tub/swimming pool (taped off) or additional charge (breakfast / WiFi) the room was awful - ceiling falling apart, wallpaper peeling, furniture tore up, headboard had sticky substance dripping down it, carpet was so gummy that you had to keep shoes on at all times, blood stains on carpet, not one ice machine worked…
-
The freeway so alot of road noise. I asked for another room, but was told I had to speak with the Mgr in the am. Next am I spoke to a different clerk who switched my room immediately.
