Comfort Inn Mayfield Heights Cleveland East

The room was spacious. Location was great. We stayed from 7/2/2026 thru. 7/5/2026 and not once was our room cleaned, towels changed or toilet tissue added.

The room was clean, everything worked and breakfast was okay although they ran out. The cook was kind enough to find some food for me and others when the large trays were empty. The price was definitely right. The surrounding area is nicer than it appeared at first look and we found good food nearby for dinner.

Bathroom smelled like smoke, and tub didn't drain at all. Air conditioner didn't work

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Hair on the shower walls from previous guests and the tub clogged when showering.

We had a nice stay. Clean and comfy.

The staff was very helpful and treated us with respect and courtesy.

Clean and spacious room. Hot water with strong shower head. Breakfast had minimal choices but it was tasty and hot.

Breakfast was good, and the gentleman running the breakfast bar was very sociable.

Nice clean room, everything was in pristine order. Parking is free and safe location. Everything you need is walking distance with Bob Evans Restaurant across the parking lot. Shopping Center across the street and Costco as well. So many restaurants on Mayfield Rd to choose from. Hotel was safe and secure, the only downside was the Marijuana smokers, the hotel has a policy of no smoking whatsoever, but these people didn't care. I recommend this hotel however, the staff is also very friendly and courteous.

Room 111 ceiling obviously had previous water damage which you can smell had mildew in the room. The tub was stopped up, kept filling up when the shower was running. The main sink needed better water pressure, water was trickling out very slow.

The person who checked me in was so very polite and patient with everything that was going on around him. Very professional and knowledgeable

Our stay was very nice, beds were very comfortable.

Room was comfortable, hotel has a “compact” layout, foyer and eating area but it was great location for our purposes.
