I have stayed in this property about a half dozen times. Maintenance issues in room are now visible when they were not before.

no soap in room

Free Morning breakfast was a great touch with good options.

Liked that it is in a very safe area and the price was very good.

Stay went well. I was impressed with the staff professionalism and genuine desire to assist. Check-in was quick and all amenities explained.

Any time I stay at this hotel, I fall more in love with it. No, it's not the fanciest hotel, but THAT BED and that BREAKFAST!!!! I could live here for a while.

The hotel is kind of run down. Carpet is tore up in places. There was a musty smell in the bathroom. Sofa had stains on the cushions and was dirty when pulled out.

Very clean facility

It was quiet staff was friendly The room was cleanish. The couch wasn’t a pullout like we thought but when my niece and daughter went to pull it out there were crumbs and cereal in it. The carpets didn’t seem to be vacuumed as well. Dishes were dirty in the drawer as well

The tvs in the room were outdated. The one in the living room didn’t work at all

Excellent value, great breakfast options and close to major highways so easy to get around (Parma, city center Cleveland)

Nice room big room.the breakfast was excellent, same with the happy hour snacks. Friendly staff nice hangout outside

Everything was clean the bed was comfortable staff was great

For $400 for 2 nights I expect there to be trash bags opened in my trash cans. Not just a trash bag laid over the side for ME to put in. I expect to have a mattress that does not have a huge indented line in the middle of it. The pool was closed for construction ON A SUNDAY. Does this hotel not give their contractors a day off? Overall not a pleasant experience for what I paid. Very disappointing.

Need better overall cleaning, including the bathroom. Bathroom updates would be nicer. The staff were super friendly.

Sheet, pillow, and blanket are all smelly and dirty. The sofa bed had several spot and a very big yellow stain (looks like urine!) Talk to the staff and they said they don't have another one to replace. The bathtub corner has mold on it. Carpet is very dirty. The shower gel bottle is empty and staff said the vendor no longer provide show gel!!! Everything sucks. But the breakfast seems not bad. This hotel is NOT clean.

Pool inaccessible & they were working on the roof. Breakfast really good

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed, slept a baby. Wonderful breakfast with many choices to satisfied the palate. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
