Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East/Mayfield Village

Cheerful staff, clean room, was hoping for a buffet style breakfast but the restaurant style was excellent. Breakfast was delicious with nice basic choices. A little off the beaten path but easy parking.

Desk person was not people ready.. The only thing he said was you can find another hotel and we will not charge you for not staying.

Staff was great. Stained carpets old carpets all over. This hotel needs a facelift.

Over all Dirty hotel. All ice machines were out of order. Room carpet dirty.

A good family friendly hotel for the right price. Our room definitely needed renovation...AC unit leaking on the carpet causing the room.to smell bad. The furniture was rather beat up and out of date. With that said, the room was ok for the price. It wasn't dirty. We had the amenities we needed. The staff and manager (Mo) could not have been any nicer. We'll be in the area about the same time next year and hope they will have done some renovation by then.

Did NOT STAY HERE. THE HOTEL HAD A WATER LEAK. SO THERE WAS NO WATER AT ALL. Had to drive to find another place to stay.

Lovely staff. Property needs an upgrade. Wallpaper is peeling.

There is no working hot tub. The Ice machines were not working. You had to get ice at the bar. There was no housekeeping in between days of stay. The wall paper was peeling off the main hall way. The nearest food I was told was wendy’s for late night.

Nice, inexpensive place to stay.

It was comfortable and relaxing. If I could have gone swimming, it would have been even better. Other than that, it was pleasant.

Will not be staying again

Very nice and clean. Staff is very helpful.

Clean spacious room. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Cleanliness and location

Not essential to our stay, but the day desk clerk at check-in was an unsmiling automaton, never deviating as much as one word from his recitation of the hotel script & wholly unresponsive to guests' conversational comments. He was, however, competent at his desk job, though lacking the human touch.

Pool was being remodeled so it was not available. Always a nice

Pool and hot tub closed. Facility cleanish but needs an update
