La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland - Airport North

The room was not very clean but the bathroom okay. Lamp receptacles for plugging in C-PAP or charging cords were worn out (very loose) and not useful. The check-in staff seemed rushed and explained everything very fast to the point that it was difficult to understand. Breakfast was common for many hotels with Scrambled Eggs, Brown in Serve Sausage, Fried Potatoes, Yogurt and Bagels. The Waffle maker was not working for whatever the reason. Out of the 2 Key Card entrances on the lot 1 was not working. I received a charge on my credit card from Hotels.com but was also charged from the hotel. I'll wait a couple of days to see if the charge is removed.

I Liked the easiness of transportation to the airport. I was unaware that we had to pay for parking. I was also disappointed that the shuttles were all booked up for the time we needed. Luckily, we were able to use public transportation.

The elevator is a bit slow, the hot water in the room takes very long to get hot and the trolley for luggage is hard to drive.

Breakfast was just okay, they provide bread and baggles on alternate days.

Nice hotel.

Located just off the expressway and next to the train station, so getting around was easy Not the cleanest. 1 very sore elevator. Breakfast items not refilled. Key stopped working for door. Staff not very helpful

Parking was east’s the front desk staff both checking in and checking out were very helpful and nice. The room was clean and maintained.

Property could use a mower once in a while. It's right by the train station so I thought it felt safe. Camera's all around building. Rooms very clean and staff was very pleasant. I didn't use the breakfast but it looked like nice verity. There isn't any resteraunts close by so you have to be mindful of that.

check in was easy- Donna is great. parking is easy and the RTA is right there.

dirty and run down

Not too much!!! I made reservations for a room that we could bring an extra bed in. We didn’t get it!!!

Good location close to the airport. Comfortable chairs and bed, good lights for reading. Very noisy air conditioners that went on and off every few minutes, noise from outside and hallways. Part of the problem comes with being close to the airport, so people are coming and leaving through the night and early hours of the morning. Not the fault of the property.

Location and everything worked. Good breakfast. Nice renovation job.
