We stayed a total of 5 nights. Ine if the front desk staff was very helpful when we had to extend our stay, informed me there was a discounted rate for Cleveland Clinic patients. The cleaning staff didn't enter our room once the whole stay though. We had to get towels from the front desk, they were very helpful. Breakfast was nice, the breakfast room was clean and well stocked.

quiet, clean room and friendly staff TV and iron did not work. Beds were uncomfortable. sockets next to bed were loose and did not hold phone charger. The alarm clock was leaking. There was a surprise fee of $50 to keep my car there for my trip.
-
The night staff was very informative and pleasant, but, the morning staff YOUNG LADY ONLY was very rude. Not customer service friendly at all. The room comforter and mattress was stained badly, room was dusty.
-
Great location, very friendly staff. We had the king suite, very comfortable and spacious. My only complaint is that the water pressure was horrible, dropped to almost a trickle while trying to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The train tracks are also nearby and go by every few minutes, but that is not the hotels fault. We slept with a noise machine anyway, so it blocked out most of the noise.

It’s clean, comfortable and close to the airport. I felt very safe staying here as a solo traveler. I like that breakfast is provided. I didn’t know that the free shuttle doesn’t run after midnight.
