Clean room. Nice stay

Good security clean attentive staff

Paperwork at check in was redundant and took a while. Mold in shower unit but room otherwise clean. Location was good for my needs.

Terribly bad hotel. Never stay here.

Convenient location near airport. Easy access to interstate 71. This is an older facility, but generally in good repair. Breakfast was sausage and eggs plus toast and some cereal. Don’t arrive at breakfast 30 min before it closes as everyone else does.

Very run down. I would not stay there again

The hotel was in a decent location. But the walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation our neighbors were having as well as people in other rooms down the hall. Also, the footsteps above us were incredibly loud for people who were probably just walking normally. I personally wouldn't stay here again.

Wash room was not clean. They did cleaned again after repotting the issue.

The poor lighting and shabby furniture made the room feel dirty. There appeared to be police cameras in the parking lot and there was a security guard at night in the lobby. Overall it was fine but didn't feel very clean.

I could not believe the customer service that this place gave us. Every employee came in contact with went above and beyond for us. I was so impressed. I would gladly stay again at this place.

My stay was ok but it was noisy outside because of nearby train tracks. The room was clean, although the smell of smoke was still there. It supposed to be a non- smoking room.

Surprisingly nice, clean and friendly for a very affordable price.

The next day I asked about the airport shuttle and was told to fill out a form once I knew my departure time. When I returned to do so, a staff member yelled, ripped the form from my hand, and insisted I fill out a different one — which turned out to be the check-in form I'd already completed. I explained I just needed shuttle pickup; she raised her voice and said "no," cutting me off. When I calmly said I was already in room 204, she looked at me like I was lying until I showed my key. Other guests witnessed this. I nearly walked away and would've gladly paid for an Uber instead. She eventually confirmed my stay and added me to the shuttle list. Breakfast at 7:30 AM already looked hours old and picked-over. The coffee was burnt and tasted like it was brewed in a pot with leftover soap residue. I've stayed at other La Quinta locations without issue, but this felt more like a Motel 6. I won't be returning.

I am very upset about the $500 they charged me. The front desk person said it's because of the smoke came from the room. They don't investigated that's why they automatically charged me that $500 and that's big money. I will never stay again in that hotel. Charged me without consent and that's illegal

Staff was very nice and very helpful parking was easy and the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows

Front staff both were definitely at the end of their shift. The room smelled of wet dog and there was massive dog hair on the base of the bed and I’m allergic to cats / dogs. The tub and sink had grime. I told the front desk and one of them stated they had febreeze ‘to come get it’. Ran into the other front desk personnel on the way to fetch it and she came with the febreeze to spray the ac unit … very nasty stay.

Perfect to spend the night

It was very conveniently located.
