Travelodge by Wyndham Cleveland Airport

Filthy room, filthy hallways. Hair and grime in the bathroom. Furniture broken. Whole place smells like mildew. They make you pay $100 in cash when you check in, they won’t take a credit card deposit, it’s cash only. An absolutely disgusting roach motel.

I left about 2 hours after getting there and never looked back. the pictures online are not the same place. wallpaper is falling down. bathtub was dirty. i was scared to look under the sheets. RUN!! the lady at the front desk (behind bullet proof glass, i think) was nice. i would love my money back

The elevator was broken so we had to come down the stairs. There was a rat in our room. They did change our room. The smell was horrible. The TV was blurry the fridge didn’t get cold it was very outdated

Everything very good

The room was surprisingly very nice, better than expected. The staff when checking in and out were rude and almost condescending. In all other regards, the stay was good. You are expected to pay a cash deposit of 100 dollars (cash only) for a non-smoking room that was not disclosed when checking in online.

although the room was decently clean, the hallways stunk, & i was lied to about the deposit, and the amenities. wifi didn’t work, no complementary breakfast & was told by staff the site “lies”. It is false advertising, and will not stay with travel lodge or suggest it anyone i know.

Bed was very comfortable, TV, A/C, Hot water, doors and lights all work as expected, but I didn't stay there for an extended vacation. It's a solid hotel to rest, sleep, shower, and go.

It looks terrible, the area is suspicious, there are strip bars... Before we could go to the reception, a strange man spoke to us in russian... In the evening, when the man was walking to the car, a woman approached him to let him light a cigarette and asked for $2. This glass was in the refrigerator, when I opened the freezer I saw what these glass fragments were from, a frozen bottle that had been opened by water. We left a day early, found a more expensive and nice hotel.

Wouldn’t stay at any.

The room was pretty clean, very empty but clean. My front desk staff was unprofessional though, he acted like he could be anywhere else but there at his job.

The hotel is extremely outdated. Wallpaper peeling off. Bed was so hard and uncomfortable it would have been better to sleep on the floor. The microwave in my room didn’t work. I doubt I’d stay again.

None Dirty, outlets did not work, no microwave, had to go next to bar restaurant to get ice no ice machine, refrigerator did not work in room. All furniture in room dirty. Key cards had to get new because they were not working. Rude at front desk
