Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cleveland Tiedeman Road

Upon arriving to the hotel, they were cleaning with smells of fresh. It wasn’t until we checked out the next morning when I closed my suitcase, a cockroach was crawling on the wall. I called the front desk to have someone come up and get it, which they did. It was a bit unsettling that he or the front desk didn’t seem surprised. I’ve traveled numerous times this year and stay in Marriott hotels. FYI if you stay please check your room throughly before getting comfortable.

This hotel was super clean and all the staff were super helpful. I came out of town and my flight landed at 8:am my check-in was at 3pm and they let me do my check in at 9am. Thank you to everyone on the team you guys were amazing.

I really like that the hotel includes complimentary breakfast and parking, because when you're traveling with kids, those amenities are essential. I also really appreciate how clean the hotel is—it made our stay much more comfortable.

The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. As we got ready at 5 am we had to keep the hall door open to at least get some cooler air in the room. This was not due to outside being hot/humid. The high during the day was in the 70’s. I would never recommend this. It was torture to stay here.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots to choose from. Homemade waffles that my grandson loved. The breakfast lady was super nice and kept it clean and stocked.

The dining area was clean and well organized, and the breakfast selection was good. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the money, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Property was clean, room was nice, bathroom large, bed comfortable. Property next to railroad track. They offered ear plugs for guests. Train only woke us up once each night.

The bathroom accommodations were excellent. The room was small but comfortable. The house keeping was excellent. The front desk employees were polite and helpful. I am an amputee and requestion for a handicap chair was great. They had one in my room within minutes. Overall, all it met my expectations. I will stay again when I visit my granddaughters again. I did not like the fact that someone in the parking lot threw a lot of trash on the ground. It was disgusting. When I address it at the front desk. They immediately sent maintenance to clean it up. That was awesome. I like cleanness. :) good job.

Great hotel! Very clean and good smelling room. Super friendly staff at check in. Room was comfortable. Only thing I would say is that this hotel borders a railroad track that is pretty busy, so if you’re not a heavy sleeper like I am, something to take note of.
