Hampton Inn Cleveland Airport - Tiedeman Road

I did not like the sliding barn door as the bathroom door. It does not allow for privacy and was positioned such as there was an approximate 3+” gap when “closed”. The bathroom door should be replaced with a standard door immediately.

The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and the coffee was hot and available early for the days I had to get out of there before the sun! The breakfast staff was great and she even helped me with ways to get around the city. There were some technical difficulties with the room... nothing worth complaining about, but noticed that some things did not work as they should have, ie; the motion light switch in the bathroom would not turn the light on when you walked in... you had to push the button. But it always turned the lights off on it's own... so half credit there!

This was the perfect hotel for our needs. Zee was especially helpful during our stay. The room was comfortable, clean with lots of extra space, which we needed. The breakfast was hot, delicious and lots of variety and the coffee was hot!

The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable. Started our trip at this hotel and wasn’t disappointed. Close to the National park. Staff was amazing and the breakfast selection was excellent. Check in was easy and staff was warm and friendly. The breakfast attendant was amazing as well. Great experience.

The property is getting slightly dated but the amenities and staff are great. The pool and hot tub were clean and the water temperature perfectly refreshing. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Staff were excellent--responsive, friendly and helpful. The room was nice, especially the bedding. Had to call to learn that a switch near the door turned on multiple outlets in the room. TV remote was not at all intuitive--actually quite frustrating. Liked the walk in shower with grab bar. However the shower head options and water pressure were underwhelming. Breakfast was okay/fair. Prefer scrambled eggs to the western omelet and regular link or patty sausage (or bacon) to the maple sausage that was offered. Loved the coffe and fruit infused water. My 4 star rating translates to "very good." Would stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and made checking in a breeze. They even texted once we settled in to be sure there was nothing wrong and checked to see if we needed anything. Breakfast had many options, area was clean and well done. We were there for one night, with a puppy, and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend you stay here if you’re in the area!

I wanted to get a cloth and cleaner to clean up after the kids, but the desk staff insisted they do the cleaning.
