Very clean room . The pool was nice, not too warm, not to cold.

What I didn't like was when I ask for a cleaning oh my got was towels and cover tucked in on a bed that was already made. All I needed was the bathroom cleaned because we had been to the beach. When I checked out the desk clerk said that a cleaning means you get fresh towels. I was there 4 days.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff was very cordial and the continental breakfast was good.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the breakfast but I'm picky. There were no regular bagels.

Staff was very nice & accomodating. Clean property. Breakfast was good but waffle machines need replaced. Pool was a bit cloudy but hot tub looked nice. Easy checkin & convenient to the Cleveland Zoo. Nice restaurants nearby & location was great!

Our shower water pressure was horrible- very weak. And the hot tub was broken for most of our visit. Also, the beds were NOT queens- they were fulls, and very small for 2 people to try to fit in. Also, there were 2 nights where someone was stopping up and down the halls. All in all, it was "okay "

Rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly. Loved it.

The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep.
