Hampton Inn Cleveland Airport - Tiedeman Road

Our shower water pressure was horrible- very weak. And the hot tub was broken for most of our visit. Also, the beds were NOT queens- they were fulls, and very small for 2 people to try to fit in. Also, there were 2 nights where someone was stopping up and down the halls. All in all, it was "okay "

Rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly. Loved it.

Clean, friendly, good breakfast. Nice people. Through the night, the toilet in our room would run periodically. I was having trouble getting to sleep and everytime I would drop off to sleep the toilet ran.

The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep.

Our room was clean. Pool was clean and very nice. Staff helpful. Breakfast was well stocked. Plenty of parking around hotel.

Clean and comfortable location. Staff were excellent and courteous. All were willing to help answer any questions or respond quickly to requests for coffee refills and extra towel . Breakfast was good with good fresh food selections. Parking lot at night tended to be full.

This hotel maintains a constant and friendly atmosphere. Whenever I travel to the city, I always stay at this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and well located. The sofa bed can't fit an adult.

Located near several dinning places and easy access from the highway.

Everything was fine, comfortable / clean room and bed, very good breakfast and especially the friendly staff. Convenient Location right off the highway and easy access to downtown. Hampton Inn is a good chain

housekeeping was horrible, they only clean every other day, and when they do, they dont make your bed, only take out garbage and add toilet paper. breakfast options were ok, should have turkey or chicken sausage for people who dont eat pork. parking was good. it would be better if the front desk would inform you that your room will not be cleaned every day.

It was just comfortable. The price I was suppose to have for my booking is not what I paid. It was like $100 more because somehow our reservation got screwed up and instead of a multi night stay we got charged daily. Not pleased with that at all.
