Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland

Basic good clean place to spend the night!

This was awesome. Best customer service. Staff goes above and beyond. I will stay here again

address didnt work

Disliked… Unloading and loading in ally… Kitchen had No utensils or extra towels Kitchen had greasy fingerprints on microwave and refrigerator Microwave was filthy, like someone exploded spaghetti inside… Bedroom window was frosted and could not see out Bathroom and kitchen were missing light bulbs Pillows were thin

The room is clean and the staff is very friendly . Breakfast is decent .

Clean helpful staff

She also told us this was not the first time and last time they had to call Fire Department. Maintenace never came and it was up to my son and myself to break me out of the bathroom.

Pleasant

The breakfast was good. A lot of choices of meals and beverages. Friendly staff. The bathroom sink in the hotel room did not drain properly.

It is an older property but generally well maintained. Probably due for a refresh in the next couple of years. Staff was great, breakfast was typical. Parking and access is easy. I'd stay there again if the price was right.

Great staff

clean entrance was a little unusual

Exceptional

Thankfully the staff (a wonderful woman) at the front desk was very understanding and helped us to the fullest that they could and we couldn't be happier with the service I received as well as the staff concern about my well being. The staff for breakfast was truly amazing and so sweet! Such a hard working woman who was always full of smiles, and made great conversation about my hair and it made me feel good, As for the hotel itself, the entrance sure is in a weird spot, I almost missed it so the area to unload/load isn't very big but it's doable if people have common sense to do so, The breakfast and pool area was good and spacious. The hotel is run down a bit as it seemed to have been there for a long time. My hotel room was clean, and had everything needed for a hotel. The bed did have severe stains so I do recommend that it's time for new beds. My friend had the worst time waking up and they were understanding and didn't charge me for an extra day stay, so thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!!!! I'll take good service over run down hotel any day. It shows you get business and that's what is important. Parking lot is big so plenty of parking.

The room was clean and comfortable but the property feels dated. The airport shuttle is a lady in a mini van that you have to arrange at least an hour ahead of time.

Very good
