Very very average.

The hotel was clean and convenient. I liked they have a shuttle to the airport.

It was an all around great place to stay. We could leave our car, and they shuttled us to the airport

Clean room

We booked this hotel for two nights at the last minute. The ratings from Hotels.com were respectable. My first concern about our stay were the two air fresheners at the check in counter. You could tell by the scent in the air it had just been sprayed. Our room was close to the elevator and ice machine. We could hear every conversation from other customers, all the steps down the hall, and every customer getting ice. Our room had areas that were only partially painted. A filthy sink drain was resting on top of the bathroom mirror. There appeared to be mold or mildew on the caulking around the shower. Again, it appeared my pillow had the same air freshener scent on it. Our sleep was horrible due to the hallway sounds until appr. midnight, The customer traffic pattern began again around 4:30am. Breakfast was mediocre. The staff was accommodating, but did not go out of their way to be friendly. Needless to say, we packed up after breakfast, departed the hotel and forfeited our second night stay. We decided it was better to drive 9+ hours that evening than spend another sleepless night at this hotel. The pics on their website was probably the best compliment I can provide. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was very nice! It was a stressful situation with all of my flight changes/delays and the woman at the front desk was so patient and friendly when I needed it. The hotel itself could have been cleaner - there was a cockroach in the hallway when I left my room in the morning…

Everything was great until Saturday evening about 3PM when the TV went out didn't come back until 3AM Sunday morning, other than that it was a great time.

Helpful staff

The hotel staff were nice and the hotel had everything we needed. The rooms themselves and the pool area were moderately clean.

We arrived at 3:15 AM and was able to check in seamlessly. The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were flat and well used.

The property was clean but needed updating. We stayed 2 nights and after the 1st night, The housekeeper did not come in to make the beds, empty the garbage or give fresh towels. Personnel was friendly and helpful and the breakfast good!

The breakfast was nice and the shuttle ride to and from the airport was top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful

Bed was ok. It’s saggy and uncomfortable. Sleeping was very challenging. I would not be returning there.

Staff and check in was wonderful. 1 bathroom light was burnt out, and there was no toilet paper on the roll when we checked in. Also found a packet of sauce by the tv stand, and a candy paper under the chair on the room. Thank god the bathroom and beds were clean. But the floor could have definitely been cleaned better.

First of all, Angelina is such a wonderful person. Me and my handicap mom came just for one thing but she wound up giving me a bunch of other cool things to do and see while we were in Ohio! The hotel is very clean, I felt safe being there. Over all 10/10.
