Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland

The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were awesome! They went above and beyond and were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

Very convenient to the airport, we were staying overnight for an early flight in the morning. Bob Evan’s across the road. We felt safe to walk around. We could also leave our car there while we were gone. Price to leave the car was cheaper than other hotels and airport parking. Free Shuttle to and from the airport.

Upon checking in, the first room we were given had not been cleaned. The front desk attendant did quickly put us in another room; but even in that one, the in-room A/C unit had been turned completely off, on one of the hottest days of the year. My daughter noticed a smell in this room, too, which was mitigated by getting the A/C active, but never quite went away. Lingering smells in the hallway as well. Breakfast is adequate, but there was no source of drinking water in the breakfast room and the first-floor drinking fountains did not work. The staff we encountered were friendly and competent, but overall, I will not stay at a Best Western again. At least not this one.

Staff was awesome. Location to the airport is great. Parking is a bit tight, and the noise level on the streets outside kept me awake throughout the night. However, the stay was convenient and affordable.

The reason we chose this hotel was for proximity to the airport. We landed in Cleveland late in the day and were flying out early the next morning. This hotel has an airport shuttle (included in the cost of the room), which was really helpful. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was fairly clean and we saw no signs of vermin. But the shower did have some mold in the grout. The most noticeable issue is that the hotel has not been kept up very well. It is quite well worn and needs to be updated or repaired in various places. But as we sat at breakfast (complementary), it was apparent that many of the customers are regulars (truck drivers, etc) and they seem really happy with the place. In short, if you just want a place to crash between flights, this place will work.

It was great! Our daughter enjoyed the heated indoor pool!

Staff was all very helpful and friendly. You can't beat the shuttle!!! We were able to leave our vehicle their for the week and use their shuttle service, very nice

We rented six rooms. Each had mold (or other dark substance) growing in the showers. All rooms and hallways smelled of chemicals trying to hide other smells.

The room and beds were clean, I appreciated that there were no carpets in the room and there were bedbug-proof mattress protectors. The breakfast was what one would expect from a hotel. My one complaint was that the 3rd floor hallway smelled of cigarettes, and the smell would occasionally come into our room.

Angelina, the desk person was very helpful and friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Clean place. The complementary breakfast had quite a good variety. Rooms were quite spacious for one person. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you, Best Western.

Easy check in and early morning shuttle. Quiet. Clean.

This hotel needs a total make over. Out first room a king room the bed was filthy they moved us to a so calked queen room suite the bed was old and uncomfortable. One of the outside windows was literally broken. I would not recommend this place.

It was a short stay for us but we will be back.

Room was very huge. Lady at front was super nice. The location was good. Definitely good place for family with teenagers.
