Room was dirty, smelled bad. Bathroom toilet leaking cabinet rotted. Floor sticky the place is gross. I would not let me my kids take off their shoes. Gross! Do better!

Broke dishwasher, broke utensils, dirty dishes given to me. No toliet paper. Dirty floor. Broke lights in room. No break fast. Smoke alarms kept going off. Terrible visit

Was disappointed in this property. Our room was mostly clean but needs attention to things, like a properly working faucet in kitchen and shower. And fix the toilet seat. The hotel had a rather strong odor to it, hard to explain exactly what it was, just off. And laundry was down and not usable, which is the reason i chose this hotel over others as i needed to do some laundry for our family during our trip.

Our family stayed the night simply to sleep and to continue our travels. The hallway carpeting was very stained but our room had vinyl plank floors which felt much better than the hallway. The repairs through out the building were not the best (sloppy patches on walls, duct tape used in elevator to apply a sign). The overall scent of the facility smelled like day old curry-seafood night. Although the room didn’t smell as bad as common areas. They did not refill the coffee at 9:15am because breakfast ended at 9:30 and they didn’t want to dump any out so guests went without coffee. All of the furnishings were wobbly or worn down. The location was great, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and shower was warm but I would not stay here again.

Disgusting room and building. Smelly. Sticky hardwood floors. Stained chair. Chewed up headboard on the bed (bugs?). Also pretty sure we heard scurrying around in the ceiling; maybe mice or rats. Very disappointing, especially for the price. We went to Garner Hotel in Wadsworth for a bit more money and were very pleased.

It’s okay, i wish it’s was clean in deep places like under bed or corner.

The cleanliness of the room. Hair in shower, bath faucet had a drip. No comfortable outdoor seating area

The room was spacious, WiFi is good, Air Condition was good, Bed sheets was clean, But the sofa mattress was so dirty, disgusting, no one accepted to sleep on the sofa. The dishwasher out of order. The stove is very very dirty i do not think that any body cleaned it ever. The Breakfast was very poor, grab and go, just un-eatable granola bar and small muffin even the coffee just warm.

Excellent location for my purposes. Very friendly staff. The bathroom in this room was not suited for senior citizens. Could not take a shower because no handrails were in tub. Tried a bath and found it very difficult to get out as, again, no handrails. Maybe next time, I ask for a Handicap Room. Broken pull-out bed.

Nothing Everything! Smelled like mold and wet clothes. Dirty carpets. Flooring peeling up in the bathroom. No hot water. Not worth the stay at all. We left after 3 days into our 7 day stay. Never will we go back

Smelly, grimy, sketchy hotel. Reviews were 7/10 and pictures looked nice. Very very misleading!! Booked this hotel and checked in with an uneasy feeling. Got to our room and the condition was very poor. Everything was very worn and unkempt. The pullout couch mattress was brown, coffee table was in horrible condition and the room didn’t smell clean. There were footmarks on the bathroom floor making the “yuck” factor stick out even more. My party was not comfortable staying here. Don’t stay here. We were here for maybe 15 minutes and we left. Put in a complaint and I’m waiting for a follow up from Expedia. Hoping for a refund.

The hallways reeked of cherry urinal cakes. Pool was closed. Room was disgusting with crumbs on the floor and in the (stained) sheets. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
