Very comfortable and clean room. The breakfast bar was great.

An event near the hotel,a wedding, was cancelled 1 month before our scheduled stay. Neither Expedia nor the Hilton was able to make an exception to the non refundable policy. We simply wanted to change our reservation to the downtown Hilton to enjoy a night out. Poor customer service!

I would recommend bringing your own pillows. Our pillows were so soft your head felt like you were just on the mattress. I ended getting two new pillows for the rest of our stay.

The person at the desk was not very customer service oriented - she was not at the desk most times but wandering around the lobby on her phone - we had to look around when we came to get our room, other guests arriving had the same experience. Didn't know if she was another guest or someone who worked there- maybe she needs some hotel customer service training. Maybe they should wear a uniform or something so they can be identified if not at the front desk. Our room had no shower soap or hand soap dispensers were nearly empty. We were not going to go downstairs to ask at this point - already showering . I would think these would be checked daily by housekeeping staff. The breakfast was fine but there was no black tea bags only a few ginger lemon teabags - they looked but had none in stock in the back. This would seem to be a common staple item. Otherwise the convenience of the hotel off the highway was the best.

Staff was very friendly. Good selection for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Only small downside was the doors are loud when they shut so you hear them close on other people’s rooms. But that is minor compared to everything else. Definitely would stay again!

Hotel was nice. Staff were nice. They weren’t super friendly, but they weren’t rude. The room and common spaces were spotlessly clean. It smelled like urine or mildew in the entire downstairs though. I’m not sure if it’s from the cleaning products they use or not. They were actively cleaning most of the time I was down there, so it might just be stinky products. They had a hangout area that was super cool. We don’t use it, but if we had I’m sure it would have been fun. The breakfast was pretty basic. It was more than just muffins and fruit, but we don’t eat meat or dairy, so there wasn’t anything for us to eat when we got down there other than bananas. There was oatmeal but all of their syrups and flavoring options were empty. No coffee maker in room, which caught me off guard. I’ve been other places without them recently but was made aware before walking into the room for those ones. They did have free coffee downstairs, but it was only available during breakfast hours, which wasn’t the time of day I needed it. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Soap was fabulous. Towels were scratchy and stained, but clean.

We stayed one night. No issue checking in. Room was clean and ready. Bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice airport hotel, clean, helpful staff. lots of restaurants around. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, so I cannot comment. However, everything else was great. Staff were very nice and gave us a late checkout so we were able to just leave the hotel in time to catch our plane.

My sheets were never changed and the bathroom shower was never wiped down I had buy my own cleaning supplies.

The hotel was amazing. It was clean, but the only problem is they do not have a pool. That's a issue.

This is my second time staying at a Tru by Hilton, and it will definitely be my first choice from now on.

Breakfast was not good. Was out of coffee when i went to pour a cup their was no actual fruit juice the bananas were unripe the sausage was rubbery.

Everything was nice, clean and everyone was very friendly! We love staying at Tru!

Hotel was fine. Good breakfast. The ev charger is really expensive though unfortunately, $5 an hour
