Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland Airport

They really need to tear this place down and rebuild it. The staff was not available for other accommodations, property has not been updated since the 90’s, carpet was filthy, I honestly slept with my clothes on until I could check into a better hotel.

Pleasant

Costumer service Animals using bathroom in grass by rooms

Superb

There was black mold in the bathroom. The wall was wet with mold. The floors were filthy. Manager not helpful. Will never stay there again

Staff acted as if they werw pit out when requesting linen; bring your own.

Room was horrible

There was a drawer missing and the refrigerator handle was missing. Dirty and awful. I booked it for my husband to go to a concert and he just showed me the pictures. I wish he had sooner as I would have called and cancelled immediately. There is no way I would have stayed there! I feel horrible that I booked it for him

No coffee machine in room

Room was under clean had to clean it up myself

The area that its in Room was under clean had to clean it up myself

Unfortunately Nothing good to say about it! Front desk staff were not there most of the time. When i found them they were so inpatient and not helpful. When I asked for a second pillow, i was told what is in the room is what you get. Room smelled and the floor was so dirty. Bathroom has several stains and rusts.

The hotel was the worst I've seen for cleanliness. Only plus side did not find bed bugs but did not stay to find if they were hiding. Requesting refund, we shall see if they will give one.

Nothing Absolutely terrible property. The place looked run-down, filthy, and completely neglected. There were people hanging around all over the building and surrounding areas, and the entire property gave off an unsafe and uncomfortable feeling. Garbage and personal belongings were scattered throughout the yards and parking lots, making the whole place look abandoned and poorly managed.

Nothing at all honestly. Horrible customer service rep at the front desk Diane. Canceled my reservation without my consent 1 hour before check in time. Horrible experience

Clean the hole place Very unprofessional

Location Stains on carpet. Dirty curtains. Mattresses need to be replaced. Overall the room feeling was sketchy. Maintenance needed
