Polite staff, easy check in, clean rooms. Recommended.

The rooms need serious attention. Broken off bar in shower, clearly for a while. Moldy spots in shower. Its not a bad area. Regardless of lower price, regular maintenance has been neglected.

If you are flying the breakfast may not start till you leave so keep that in mind .. the neighborhood isn't great....

Toilet didnt flush bed wasn’t comfortable. Check in took forever one person behind counter.

The room overall was dirty. The bath tub spout flew across the tub when I turned on the shower. Very outdated.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Absolutely nothing looked like the pictures shown on their website, Expedia, or anywhere else. The airport shuttle service at night is terrible. I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle, and when it finally arrived, the van was in awful condition—poorly maintained, dirty, and extremely smelly. Unfortunately, the room was even worse. It was in extremely poor condition and smelled horrible. The bed, sheets, pillows, bathroom, walls, and carpet were all disgusting. The entire room looked dirty and completely neglected. What an awful experience! I arrived at 1:20 a.m. and immediately tried to book another hotel, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find another room at that hour. I had no choice but to stay there for the rest of the night. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. Do not trust the pictures online—they do not reflect the actual condition of this hotel.

Rooms makes like mold. Ceiling tiles in hallway show mold and water damage. First room had water on floor. Breakfast area unsanitary. Driver of shuttle to airport could not stay in his own lane. Dangerous.

Wonderful girl at the front counter. Pleasant and warm welcome. Was not told about breakfast hours-My daughter and I came down for breakfast. The man at the desk said it ends at 9am. I was shocked. 9 am ? Was not informed, when I asked him about it, he said its on the card key. We left with no breakfast ! I was really upset, we do not need to check out till 11, but breakfast ends at 9 ? After a long night, some people are not ready to eat at 6,7,8 am in the morning.

I had stayed here twice in previous years but this time the experience was a negative one. the hotel is in need of maintenance. upon arrival it was evident that the room needed cleaning. The tub and shower curtain were dirty. the carpeting in the room was dusty and there was candy and tissues on the floor clearly showing it had not been vacuumed or cleaned. Wallpaper in the rooms and hallways is peeling off. Common areas need some care. Location is good. It has parking.

Place a little worn & tired. No one at desk to ask for invoice on checking out.

Disappointing

Appreciate the airport shuttle even though there were some communication hiccups. The room was decent with no obvious horrible issues. Glad for a decent place to lay a weary body for the night
