Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport

Property wasn’t very clean. Stained linens, common areas needed swept. However, staff was friendly.

Shuttle service to the airport was right on time!

This hotel has a very bad smell in the hall and in the room. My friend was bitten by a dog in the hallway.

Property was outdated, plumbing was inadequate and water from toilet ran all night, second day of the stay we had no hot water. The air-conditioning was noisy and didn't keep an accurate temperature in the room.

Stay elsewhere …staff is rude and if you have any questions just immediately are dismissive and rude…sorry I woke you while you were sleeping and being paid to work the overnight ..find better employees and rating would be better

Great to spend the night

Juice machine was out of order and they ran ut of breakfast items. Clunky checkin took 15 minutes.

Room smelled, bed wasn’t comfortable and blow dryer didn’t work. The shuttle to the airport was a joke. They were late then couldn’t find the keys. Finally got to the airport just in time.

The hotel is poorly maintained and surrounding areas a bit sketchy. If you have a car you might want to consider sleeping in it.

The facility was a sloppy mess. Very dirty, very poorly ran.

Needs to be cleaner and newer.

If you can do anything to get my $53 returned it would be appreciated

There was a foul smell entering the hotel, the carpet was filthy. The room was dirty, if I thought I could get my money back I would have, I almost eat the bill and chose another place, if there were rooms available. Just not pleased,

The place was clean and organized. Landscaping really needs some work. Unfortunately the toilet did not work and ask front desk to get it fixed and nobody came.

Rooms were a bit. The staff was unhelpful. The breakfast was bland and mediocre. Parking was decent. The showers were awful and the water pressure it’s almost nonexistent.

I had seen the reviews so I knew to lower my standards. Common if you can maintain the basic stuff and change the sheets- that could take this review to a 3.5 - just take care of the basics I know you are trying

Decent hotel for the price

Not very Good

Dirty floors in the room, trash on rugs in the hallway, ripped up bathroom door,dirty tub. Staff was good and parking was good. No signage on main road indicating where to turn, and GPS didnt give the correct information.

The bed was comfortable. However, the hotel definitely needs some renovations; it had the feeling of being run down.
