Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Airport - Brookpark by IHG

Three days later and I do not have it released.

Room we stayed was clean, but as soon as we walked in it smelled misty/moldy. Not sure if the smell was from the room or from air conditioner

Exceptional

When you call for the airport shuttle Do Not request it from the reservation line, which is option 1 for their hotel. Speak directly to the front desk. There is a lack of communication between the 2 departments. We waited 1.5 hours and 4 phone calls later until the shuttle arrived at the airport.

Location near airport It is an old hotel that felt crowded and in need of a face lift

Excellent. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming and assisted me any time I had questions.

Staff was great

They charge a dollar to every room we book as a temporary authorization and never returned. I am not going to call for $1.00 refund but imagine getting $1 from each customer for nothing and do not return.

Clean and quiet.

Rish was very helpful

A little old but nice. With it has a hot tub.

Clean room close to airport

This hotel saved my family when we were diverted to this airport with no luggage or idea where we were. We had as cozy of a stay as possible, and the hotel had everything we needed.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the common areas and rooms were clean, and it was relatively quiet being on the first floor. The continental breakfast was not good, but thankfully there was a mini fridge so I was able to get some groceries from the store down the street. Also, the AC unit didn't work properly, it cooled, but it felt very stuffy in the room and the fan could not be shut off.

It was cool just lost me with the $200 deposit but you’ll get it back once you check out

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy and free parking. Decent breakfast included.

. I booked a this hotel, but the software of Booking.com changed the date at the time of payment. I tried to explain the problem to the hotel staff member who answered the phone. I explained the problem to Booking.com also. The result is that I lost the money and had to book a room at another hotel, paying twice.

Clean rooms

I was stuck overnight due to a flight cancellation and then inclement weather. By the time I arrived at the hotel I was extremely tired. The lady at the front desk was very nice, understanding and helpful. It made my night.
