Rish at the checkin desk was extremely helpful and polite. The layout of the room was quite nice with plenty of storage and built in nightlights.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and available. The beds are soooooo comfortable!

Excellent staff, comfortable bed, clean room, what more can a person want? I'll tell you the only exception I take, the TV is not a smart TV, so casting from your phone is out of the question. That's the only thing that falls short of excellent about my stay.

The facility was clean, and the staff was kind. It was also quiet and easy to get to sleep. Tasty coffee. DIDN'T LIKE- I booked through a third party and wanted to use the free shuttle, but it's only available by booking through the hotel. The price to stay one night was $180.00. If I stay one night and leave my car in their parking lot for 7 days is $400.95. I will not be returning.

The property was in a good location, clean and breakfast was good. Our room, 123 had 2 queen beds. The first bed which my grandaughter and I shared definitely had issues. I felt like I was falling off the bed. Also no enforcement of quiet time as kids are running down the hall screaming at almost midnight. I was woken up the 2nd night to a man screaming and hollering. Define didn’t peek out the door. Only our third night was quiet to sleep. Next trip won’t stay here.

Room wasn't the cleanest

Check in was slow. Employee was not helpful and couldn’t be bothered. The next day other employee wasn’t helpful either. Water out of ice maker was awful, and when asked about bottles of water, also rude. House cleaners were lovely.

The reason I booked this hotel was due to its proximity to the airport and having a shuttle. They stated when I called you just needed to let them know when you needed to leave for the airport; upon arrival, the person at the desk said it ran every hour and on the day of leaving, there was only woman person (the manager) who drove the shuttle and couldn’t leave the desk for hours. This in my opinion was a bait and switch.

I get the amenities (big bottles of lotion , etc. but would appreciate them being lower on the wall & in a more convenient location. The employees at this hotel were so helpful & pleasant. We arrived late & tired due to flight delays & Sandy was so nice when I called for the airport shuttle, which was there as soon as I walked outside.

Exceeded our expectations for an overnight stay. Immaculately clean room, great breakfast with lots of options. Only hiccup was they strictly adhere to check-in time, we arrived early and had to wait, but free coffee was available so it was no big deal!

Good place to stay

Room was updated and clean. I liked the Dove products. The breakfast was above and beyond the typical free breakfast. Everything in the food area was clean and organized. Lisa, who was working in that area, assisted us with directions to get to our event venue and explained the rail system to us which was very helpful. The pool area was relaxing and a nice option.

Had a horrible experience at another hotel, went to this one and had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. A little higher priced, but worth it. Helpful staff

When we booked our stay we did it for the airport shuttle. Apparently unless you book straight through the hotel it doesn’t include parking. So, we ended up needing to pay to go somewhere else parking and shuttle. Would have just booked a cheaper hotel had I known that “airport shuttle” didn’t also include the parking.

It was a great stay. Everything was clean.

I had my flight cancelled and needed a hotel late at night. The hotel was conveniently located and very clean. Rooms look remodeled and the staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle the next morning was very helpful, and it saved me the uber money.

We have stayed here a few times and this one, the room was the worst we have seen. There was a dirty a tip left by the bed and the bathroom was not the cleanest. The convenience to the airport is nice but the cleanliness has definitely changed.

Great service . Def will be back in the near future
