Rooms were clean. Public restroom off the lobby needs work. Staff was courteous and helpful and the coffee was good. The premises is quiet and I would stay there again.

We like the special shower head!

The location is very convenient along the highway, and the bed was comfortable.

Nice price and location for Ocoee rafting. Could hear people and their dogs in adjoining rooms.

Great place to stay!

Not much of a breakfast section. Room was good. AC worked great. Good location. General housekeeping was lacking. Carpet needed vacuuming

We checked out about 4:45 and the for to outside was locked. We had to have the staff unlock the door which is scary if there an emergency and couldn’t locate the only staff member that worked overnight. The gym was closed but didn’t mention that on their website. Offered free breakfast but there was a sign that you’re not allowed to bring your food to your room to eat.

You could tell the rooms have been updated. The room had such a strong clorox smell that it was almost overpowering! The floors were dirty and the towels and bedding were old and very worn. We were only there one night as we were passing thru. There was nothing left at the breakfast bar at 7 30 that morning...maybe they were going to replenish...we just checked out and got something to eat elsewhere.

Fresh breakfast and safe parking

Clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. We spent a night and were very pleasantly surprised at the hotel and the staff. Lovely people! The door on one of our rooms had a terrible sticking problem.

The rate and location were great! The desk chair was jenky, the bed was creaky. Breakfast was a complete disappointment, no meat at all. The bathroom door had a lock on the outside!?!

When we got to our room, I noticed there was some residue and marks on the outside of the door that could have been wiped down during cleaning. Once inside, the room was decent overall. It was clear that some updates had been made, which were very nice and helped give the room a refreshed appearance. However, the floor could have been swept more thoroughly. The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match the updates. The bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned properly and had noticeable dirt and buildup from previous guests. Given the renovations, I feel that maintaining the cleanliness of the bathroom should be a priority. We were pleased to find a refrigerator and microwave in the room, which was definitely a bonus and added convenience to our stay. Overall, our stay was pleasant. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast because we had early mornings and needed to leave for baseball games each day. Despite a few cleanliness concerns, the friendly staff and convenient location made for an enjoyable weekend. The only thing I did not care for was the cleanliness of some areas of the room. The outside of our room door could have been wiped down, and I wish the floors, particularly in the bathroom, had been cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.
