Motel 6 Cleveland, TN

They allow pets and there was a dog that continually barked while I tried to sleep

The hallway was all stained up and smelled like mildew/mold. Bugs in the room.

There was no breakfast Nothing

Clean, friendly, good for the price

I booked this room for my daughter. When she arrived, it was late, after a long and already frustrating day. When she pulled back the covers on her bed she found hair all in the bed. She stated there were also bugs in the room. When she tried to address with the staff, she was told repeatedly, through the interpretations of the staff member's children, that they had cleaned the room. No new bedding, apologies, or refund was offered. She slept on top of the comforter and had nightmares. We travel through here quite often and will not stay here again.

Nothing. Full of bugs. Phone didn’t work. Housekeeping horrible except for the Spanish woman. Refused to change sheets and difficult for people with disabilities. No ramp and fell. -10 on a scale of five stars.

How the staff was always so helpful

It was cheap so you get what you pay for. Where do I even start on dislike. First I asked the clerk, which by the way had the personality of a mushroom, if I could get a room on the first floor since I'm almost 70 and handicapped. He responded with a short NO!! So I had to drag my luggage up two sets of stairs. Ok, I did. Get to my room and start to get settled. The sink area had no light and the bathroom had a small florescent light . Tub had been painted and painted was peeling so blue blotches all over tub. Next when I finally checked everything and decided it was ok I see the peephole, or lack there of. I didn't remove the paper towels stuffed where the peephole was. Overall, I got what I paid for but will not make the same mistake again. I give it 2* a that's being generous ?

Right off the highway The second floor is hard for people with mobility problems

Honestly this was one of the nicest motel 6 locations I’ve stayed in. Very clean and it looked like it had been recently renovated. The only downside was they tacked on an extra hidden fee for staying with a pet which was a little frustrating given that all other motel 6 locations allow pets for free. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The upstairs neighbor

The location was conveniently located right off of the exit. It was a little tight, but, we were able to park our truck and a camper in the parking lot. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room met our needs and we were comfortable during our stay. We would stay here again.

Could use tub stoppers for people that likes taking baths but other than that great property for the price

The room was nice and clean. Had a little trouble getting the TV to start working. I only had three towels for six people. Booked a room with three beds in it very place with the room.

Indecent place to stay in a rush

Just all bad and would not stay again
